★USUI POV★
Eversince we left the town and venture the edge of this world I have seen different angle of my existence. Eversince I have been created I have followed the life the creator had lead me on, a life that had been decided. I play the part so perfectly that I have lose the strenght to think as my own, but today is different.
"Are we still far?" I ask in full alert.
It's not funny stuff when you mention the edge, infact it was the cruelest part of all the places in our world.
"I think we are about to reach the last gate soon enough!" Kyouya said as he struggle to say the words through the heavy wind.
We have face different obstacles as soon we reach the entrance of the edge. No sign of life have been here since ages, the fact that we are too desperate to venture this place, but there is no turning back now after we are been chase by a half mammnoth half troll, after we are nearly eaten by a snake like creatuwre, after we face the fire and the dancing hell, after we faces the dreadful cold and the shower of ice, and now we are facing a hundred or more whirlwind , definitely we have no intention of turning back.
According to what we have heard, after the worthy one had faces all the trials soon they will enter the gate of wishes, Mio's dwelling.
The whirlwind was impossible to escape, and it was getting more stronger each time we dare to take some step forward.
"Yamato are you okay?" I ask as the next one hit not far of our direction.
"I'm fine, it's just a wind, don't tell me your chickening out?!" He manage to pull off a teasing tone despite of the fact he was losing breath too.
"Don't collapse! This is the last one, keep standing. If one of you collapse I can't save anyone, they say if we reach the dancing whirlwind, it is a sign that we are near at the edge, this isnthe last test, don't loose!" Kyouya made his tone firm but comes out panicky.
Kyouya's panicking tone is a sign that he was experiencing the same fate Yamato and I do. The whirlwind are doing a great job cutting off some precious air on my lungs. The dust within each blow is dangerous too, once inhaled it paralyzed your system bit by bit and will put one in endless slumber.
I can't afford to loose here.
I said to myself, the moment I hit the ground is the end of everything. I must see her in any other ways.
But I must admit now, the dust that was brought up by the wind was dizzying and I know any moment I won't be able to fight it.
THUD!
The loud sound that indicates Yamato was on his knees now.
"Just don't close your eyes!" Kyouya was shouting as hard as he can towards Yamato's direction.
The moment I realize how hard Kyouya shout, I realized that we became apart from each other. Kyouya is fighting hard not to fall and so do I, while yamato is fighting hard not to sleep.
