Lola POV
Wyatt climbed through the window. I'm still angry that Zed just barged in like that.
"I can't believe they did that." I said confused as to why they did that. Wyatt came and brought me to lay on my bed with him.
"It's ok. But I should probably explain what a mate is. A mate is a soulmate. And you are mine, just as I am yours. We are together forever" he said looking into my eyes. I nodded smiling at him
"I'm really glad that you are hear with me Wyatt" I said putting my head on his shoulder.
"I wish it could be like this everyday" he said, bringing my closer to him so that we were cuddling. That gave me an idea.
"Maybe it can be" I said getting up from my bed.
Wyatt POV
When Lola got up, I sat up and watched her walk to her closet. Wheat is my beautiful mate doing?
"Babe what are you doing?" I asked going up to hug her from behind.
"Can you move in here with me? We can go back to the den whenever we want" She said as she turned around to look at me with hope in her eyes.
"We will talk about it tomorrow with the elders. And we can say that it's for your protection, which would be true." I said. Next thing I know is that we are leaning into each other, and we kissed. This is so surreal. I can't believe that my mate is the great alpha and is insanely beautiful.
"Time for bed my love. I'll see you when we wake up in the morning" She said going to lay in bed. I closed her window and lay next to her. After school tomorrow we are going to talk to the elders. I slept easy next to her.
Lola POV
When I woke up the next morning, I felt so energized. I shook Wyatt to wake him.
"Go out the window. I'll see you at school." I said.
I walked down the stairs after I got dressed and did my makeup. Bucky looked at me like he know what was going to happen. He smiled and hugged me and we walked to school. When we got to school. The wolves pulled me away from Bucky.
"Lola can we talk?" Zed said. I nodded to the wolves.
"Yeah. If you see Wyatt tell him I'm looking for him." I said as they walked away slightly.
"I'm sorry about last night at the den. We thought that you were going to get hurt." he said.
"Zed, it's ok" I said laughing.
"Good luck today." I said walking to the wolves and Wyatt.
Zed POV
It's really hard to believe that my best friend is a wolf. I walked into the gym for the debate, and I'm going to win this for my people, Addi, Lola and the wolves.
