"I'll see you later ma" I yelled while walking down the stairs. I heard a door up as I was walking down "no llegues tarde por favor" She yelled from the top of the stairs I smacked my lips. "Okay I know" I whined closing the door. Growing up I had to attend all the family outing I hated it but that's just my family being Dominican and Puerto Rican it was a habit for us. I walked outside unlocking my all-white G-wagon it was a gift from my father for my 19 birthday last year.

My family had business everywhere but I opened my own clothing store on my own working at my mother's hair shop saving up. I wasn't the type to suck up to my parents for anything I liked to work for what I got and they both understood that. "Hey mariquita" My older sister Audrey said pulling up into the driveway getting out to hug me that was my name for just my family. I smiled hugging her back grabbing her arm "Take me a picture please" I said making her huff. "You lucky I love you" She said making me smile posing for the picture "Badass bitch" Audy said passing me my phone back. I laughed looking at the picture before posting it on Instagram.

I laughed at my best friend's comments before pulling off towards Starbucks to get a coffee before pulling up to my shop. I walked in seeing the girl working, as usual, my clothing store was doing numbers since I opened it everybody was at the grand opening. Shy's Boutique since everybody calls me by my middle name so that gave me the idea. "Good morning everyone" I said with a smile walking towards the back to my office. My store had everything from men to women's clothes of course and it wasn't cheap and it wasn't very high either. I even had celebrities come and buy a couple of things. I sat at my desk to go over retail I had a few things that needed to be rebought everything sells out fast here.
