6. She is not here

Manik's pov

                   Me and cabir along with champ walked along the streets of kolkata towards champ's home. Hearing champ I can't able to think of his mother's state.

How many humitations she gone through being a single mother. How she survived in this society? I just hate the man who left his wife to suffer in this society. Is he really a man?

My heart is beating fast. It didn't happen in this seven years after Nandhini left. What is happening to me? Is she here?

My thoughts come to an end when we reached his home.

End of Manik's pov

Nandhini's pov

Angry....Sad.......Feels like crying...... Depressed.... Arggg I can't able to describe my mood. Angry on myself that I can't able to shut their mouth who are talking about me. Sad on being in this state.

         This time somewhat I arranged money from my office. But I don't know how I am going to face this situation in future.

             My thoughts came to an end by the ringing of doorbell. I sighed and went to open the door. Kevin's mom was there. I think she got to know about the morning happenings.

She was here to convince me. She was the one who always stand with me after I came to Kolkata.

We both started to talk standing outside itself.

Writer's pov

Manik : Champ where is your house ?

Anurag: See there is my home. My Mom is also standing outside only.

Manik saw two ladies standing there and talking. One is back facing him. Another one's face is hidden by the back facing one.

He moved to see the one.
It's Kevin's Mom.

Manik's pov : Why am I feeling Nandhini is near me? He just rubbed his heart which is beating so fast.

( Ya I know scene kuch flimy hai 😅)

Anurag: Hero where are you lost?

Manik : Ha.. No where. Is that your Mom?

Anurag: Haa she is my Mom. You wait here I will come in a second.

He just ran from there to his Mom.

Nandhini: Oii Anu come slow beta.

Anurag: Mom Are we going to another house?

Kevin's Mom with a smile: No beta. Your Mom arranged the money. So you are staying here only. Go to our house and study with Kevin bhaiya for sometime.

He see his mother for permission. She nodded with a smile.

Manik saw Kevin's mother speaking with him and thought she is his mother.

Anurag ran to Manik without his Mom's notice.

Manik got him: Careful champ.

Anurag Smiled : Problem is solved hero. Mom paid the money.

Manik smilingly ruffles his hair : Okay champ. Then we will take our leave. Bye

Anurag: Bye hero

Cabir kisses his cheek: Bye baby

Anurag whines: I am not a baby motu uncle.

Both Manik and Cabir laughed and left to their cafe.

Manik's pov

Why my heart is still beating? Is Nandhini here? No she is not here.

I think I will be alright in morning. He slept leaving his thoughts.
