you woke up to your stomach growling for the 3rd time, you regretted not eating dinner.
you sat up and stared at the small light at the corner of the room which was dimly lit up
you looked towards a shirtless kai that was asleep, you tried not to wake him up and got out of your bedroom
you unlocked the door and slipped out of the room sneakily and headed downstairs
while tiptoeing down the stairs the house got darker and darker which scared you
you were always afraid of the dark, your imagination always brings you to imagine a man widely smiling at you with his long teeth and candy in his hands.
you rushed back to the bedroom and locked the door trying to catch your breath you looked towards the sleeping kai and decided to wake him up before you start crying
" kai.. " you shook him gently trying not to cry
" mmhm " he turned away from you
" kai wake up " you start to cry
" hMm? im up " kai sensed you crying and pulled you into a hug
" i imagined things again " you cry into his chest
" dont worry, why were you out of bed tho? were you going somewhere? " he asked while patting your head
" i skipped dinner and im hungry i wanted to go cook ramen but it was dark " you look up at him and pouted
" do you want me to follow you? " he asked sweetly
" yes please " you look at him with puppy eyes
" go put on some pants, its cold " he groped your butt
you stood up then took your shorts and slipped them on, you turned around to see kai with his hoodie and hood on
" ready? " he goes to hold your hand
" yes i am " you clutch onto his arm
you both walked slowly down the stairs you saw kai yawn in the corner of his eye
" you must be so tired, im sorry baby " you play with his fingers
" i can cope, i've had many nights like this with you already " he kisses your head
once you've reached the kitchen kai turned on the lights and waited for you to cook your ramen
he almost fell asleep several times while watching you
" all done " you pour the ramen into the bowl and kai helped you to carry it into the dinning room
" thank you baby, i love you so much " you kiss his cheeks and started to eat
" i love you more cutie " he yawns again
