Chapter 3
The next day he came back down and threw a peice of bread at me.
"Are you going to accept me as your mate, if so you will get so much more than bread" I sat there not saying anything. "If not then you can just starve to death in here alone", then looked at the little girl with a smile. "Yes i will be your mate," i said making sure the silver was still in my boot. "Good then lets to up to our room" he said with an evil grin spread across his face.
I began walking with him through his house which was big, not a pack house though. We got to his room and he push me in. I stumbled and landed on his bed. He came up to me and sat on me. I leaned down an pulled out the dagger and stabbed him repeatedly, he fell to the side of me dead. "Man that hurt like hell" i screamed.
I start tuning back the way i came and grabbed the girl. We started heading for the door. I tried to open it but it was locked. I run to a window and there are bars all over them. She screams, "what now were trapped with a dead guy in the house?" I looked around and found a set of keys on the table and tried to find the right one. After about thirty key i found the right one.
as i open the door a gust of hot wind blows in my face. I look out side and i see palm trees. We are in Florida how did he take me that far before i woke up. She looks just a amazed as me. We walk outside and can see a town a couple miles down the road and start walking to it. Its so hot i am still in my pajamas which contain sweatpants and a longsleeve t-shirt. I have on a tanktop to i take off my shirt. The little girl who i later learned he name was bethany started whining saying she was tired and couldn't walk anymore. We stop i put her on my back and begin to carry her the rest of the way.
We are almost there now but its started getting dark out and in getting tired. We decide to stop and take a break in the grass we lay down and look up at the stars. After about an hour i begin to drift off to sleep.
When i wake up in the morning i look around and can't find methane anywhere. Where did she go? I have to find her but where?
I get up from the grass and start yelling her name. I hear crying off in the distance. I begin running towards it knowing ita her. I spot her off in the distance bit she is with my fake mate. How did he survive that?
I have to think of a plan and quick.
"Ayla I know your out there." He says in a mocking tone.
