Chapter 2

It was finally the end of the day I can go home make some food and finally meet the boy that lives on the other street from my house. I made a simple meal brought two plates outside on a little table with two chairs outside in my garden, it smelt great the food and the flowers. Soon enough I heard a knock.

Tsukishima's POV

I knocked at her door she opened it with a smile and invited me in she said that the food was in her garden, we walked to her garden as soon as we were outside the smells of all the different flowers hit me it was really good I can see why she wanted us to eat out here it's beautiful.

"So this is my garden." "So do you know all the flowers in here." "Yeah I do it's mostly roses, carnations, and tulips." "Oh that's cool with all the different flowers it smells pretty nice." "Yeah I come out here a lot." "Do you live alone I noticed when I walked in no one else was here." "Oh yeah my mom moved out so it was just me and my grandma, she's the one that taught me about all the flowers then she passed so it's just me here." "It seems like you never get lonely." "Oh I do, I do a lot I've also never had anyone come over besides you." "I could say that's impressive." Her slight laugh was pretty adorable actually.

Me and her talked for a little longer then I went home. She was pretty easy to get to know but it seems like she's hiding something, then again I just met her.

Y/n POV

he was kinda cute, I don't know if I would have a crush on him but even someone like him is really nice, people say he doesn't care about anyone, but that's a lie I mean there's his other friend at school they get along pretty well and him just coming over. I got ready for bed after putting everything away.

~morning~

Ugh I have to go to school again I wish school was like just one day and that's it that would be so much easier.  I do tha same thing I did yesterday except today I took my time going to school since I got there earlier yesterday, so I took my time enjoying the outside breeze while on my bike. I make it to school going to my class, I also talked to tsukishima today too, after school he said he had volleyball.

Tsukishima's POV

"After school I have volleyball practice." "Oh that's cool I should watch you someday." "Are you sure we have some pretty girl crazy boys on our team." "Well that's ok I'm sure I'm not that pleasing." "What do you mean your very pleasing and can keep a good conversation going, not many people have that talent." "Why thank you I know I know keeping a good conversation is my one and only talent I have." "Well maybe try volleyball." "Pfff please one hit to the arm I'm gonna need to go to the hospital." "It actually isn't that bad." "Well fine maybe I'll go to your practice after school and prove that a volleyball can break my arm." "See you there."

Y/n's POV

He turns away, thinking about practice maybe it isn't that bad but still it probably hurts. I hope that the practice is entertaining but then again I have nothing better to do, it's not like anyone is waiting for me at home to eat dinner or ask how my day was going.

Finally it was the end of the day no one else was in the classroom it was just me I was putting all of my things in my bad, I could take my time cause I was gonna watch practice. I heard footsteps of multiple people I looked behind me and saw the group of three girls standing behind me.

"So what about you and tsukishima Huh." The middle girl said "umm nothing is going on what?"  "Omg she's such a slut can't even tell she's leading him on." The one to the right said "W-What I'm not a slut we are just friends." "Really by the way you look at him everyone can tell that you like him, but he doesn't like you back so why even try." "Well I don't like him and how do you know that." "Please he likes me isn't it obvious." "No." "Just stop talking to him he thinks your ugly anyway." "Yeah stop trying to get with him your worthless he would never be with someone like you." They got closer to me while talking I backed into my desk, the middle girl walks up to me and punches me in the face. "That's what you get for trying to him like you and not me."

My nose was bleeding really badly but I had to get to practice. I couldn't do anything the three girls were still standing in front of me talking but I didn't listen I graded my things and ran for the door the girls laughing behind me calling me a coward.

Tsukishimas POV

Y/n is late I don't see how that could happen. I hear faint pants I look over and y/n ran into the gym the thing is she had a bloody nose. "Y/n what happened why do you have a bloody nose!"

Y/n POV

I ran into the gym Tsuki asked about my bloody nose, I don't know what else to tell him but if I tell him what really happened will he believe me?

"Umm." I panicked now everyone in the gym was looking at me. "You know the three girls in our class that sit in the corner." I said quietly "yeah." "Well when I was getting my stuff they walked up to me and started saying some things then one of them punched me, I ran out before anything else happened." Everyone in the gym was very surprised a random girl just running in with a bloody nose.

"Tsukishima who is she." "She's a girl from my class she was gonna watch practice today." "I'm sorry for interrupting I'm y/n n/y." "Nice to meet you I'll have Tsuki take care of your bloody nose, I'm sugawara."

I walked with Tsuki to get a Kleenex. "So why did she punch you." "Well.."  he got closer to my face then said "tell me why they punched you." "Ok she said that I was trying to get with you and said that you liked her then yeah I guess all happened so fast." "Just so you know I don't like her, I don't even know her name, but is there anything else she said to you besides that." "No."

I didn't want to tell him they called me a slut or worthless cause what if that really is what he thinks of me, then again why would I be so surprised if he did it's not like I liked him.
