~Ji Yeons/ Your P.O.V~
"Have fun on your anniversary" Dae Hyun and I said as we watched your parents get into a taxi. "Don't worry we will, by the way, take care of Dae Hyun while we're gone. We'll be back next week." mom said as dad held the door open.
"Ok, Saranghaeyo" we yelled. After our parents left I took Dae Hyun inside to have some breakfast. "Where are omma and appa going?" Dae Hyun said in his cute voice.
"They're going on a cruise ship, where lots of people have fun, but Noona has to go to work now so i'll come and get you later ok, don't be naughty for Mrs. Han"- Me
"Ok noona"-Dae Hyun
After i dropped Dae Hyun off at the Mrs. Hans, our neighbor, i set off for work. I work at a small cafe downtown that's owned by our neighbor. Since it's the morning and it's Monday, it was really busy. While i was bringing some coffee over to a customer, someone tripped me and i spilled all over my arm and hands. When i looked up, there was a girl laughing at me. Although she was mean i have to admit she was really pretty.
"Oops mian" she said while still giggling with her friends.I told her it was fine even though it was hurting really bad. My best friend Mi Cha came over and said "Omo I'll clean this up but i think you should go to the hospital."
"Ani, it's fine, i'm fine" i said picking up the broken pieces of the mug.
"Pabo, how could you be fine if your skin is peeling like that?" -Mi Cha
"Ok fine, but can you tell Mr. Han that i'm leaving" - Me
"Alright now hurry up before it gets worse" -Mi Cha
In the cab i almost started crying because it was hurting so much. The doctor said it was second degree burns and he wrapped it up. I decided to walk home that evening. I hope mom and dad are having fun. As you were walking you were looking up at the sky and you bumped into someone and fell. You landed on your arm and yelped in pain. "Mianhae" the guy said and reached out a hand. I grabbed his it and looked at his face. He looked pretty familiar, but he was really cute. "It's ok" you said, still in pain. As you were brushing the dirt off your pants two other boys came. "Hyung, palli, manager hyung is waiting for us" The one with darker brown hair said. "Oh, who is this" asked the dirty blondish one. "Um..Anneonghasaeyo" you said in a shy voice.
"Hyung do you know her?" -Kai
"Ani, i just accidently ran into her, but just go to the car i'll meet you there" he said. After they left he asked "Are you ok?"
"Neh" -Me
"Um.. again..i'm sorry. But I have to go now. Uh..Bye" he said awkwardly and ran off. I was relieved he finally left. I felt the embarrased the i hadn't been looking where i was going.
When I got to my neighborhood, I picked up Dae Hyun. Mrs. Han answered the door."Are you ok? Mr. Han told me what happened" She asked in a worried voice.
"I'm fine. Thank you" Mr. Han and Mrs. Han are like a grandmother and grandfather to me and Dae Hyun. We've been their neighbor for almost 10 years already. When i got Dae Hyun back we went inside to eat dinner. "Noona! Can we go school shopping tomorrow?? I really can't wait to go to school and meet friends like you and Mi Cha noona do." Since school started in a few weeks i decided why not. "Alright but then we have to go to bed now ok?" I ran up and grabbed him with my other arm and spun him around all the way to his bedroom. He was screaming and giggling. As i lay him in bed he grabbed my neck close to his face, kissed my nose, and whispered in my ear "Goodnight noona. Please don't get hurt again. I love you." I smiled and kissed him back. "Ok, now go to sleep ok".
That morning, after we ate breakfast. We went downtown and spent the whole day shopping. We came back home with all sorts of school supplies and clothes. I sat with Dae Hyun on the couch and turned the news on. *BREAKING NEWS* The cruise ship that set sail yesterday morning has capsized in the middle of the ocean in between South Korea and Japan. South Korean officials heard the cries of the captain and crew on the phone before the line went dead. They immediately sent out rescue ships. So far only 57 of the 600 passengers and crew have been found alive. More news on this tomorrow.*
I sat there shocked.I was trembling trying to hold back tears. Sudddenly Dae Hyun turned around he looked at me with glassy eyes. "Isn't that where mommy and daddy are?" he said already crying. "Don't cry, we don't know how mommy and daddy are doing yet ok" i said holding him. Tears slid down my face. We fell asleep together on the couch still holding onto each other.
~Baekhyun's P.O.V~
"Hyung, what are you thinking of so much that you can't even hear us talking to you?" Sehun yelled. "Huh..oh mianhae. I might just go to sleep now." i said walking away not even knowing what we were having a conversation about. "Hyung, by any chance are you thinking of that girl you ran into earlier" Kai asked. "Ani.." i replied quickly. Kai and Sehun stared at me moving their eyebrows up and down while smirking at me. Annoyed i walked out of the dorms. The outside air was nice and warm. Maybe i was thinking about her. She was really beautiful.She also had the cutest yelp. Was i falling for her? No. I'm not falling for someone i don't even know.But that night.. she was all i could think about.
