La'Reesha
"Well Hello Yung. How ya been?" I asked as I ran my hands through my hair, not once taking my eyes off him.
"I'm blessed, but how bout you? How ya been?" He let his eyes caress my face which left me feeling exposed.
"I'm good just handlin' my grown woman shit as you can see, but what can I assist you with?"
"I came hea' cause I wanted to open up a couple of accounts." He looked at me intensely and the way he looked at me reminded me that it had been six long years without any dick.
"Oh well I can assist with that, but due to it being so late and we close in five minutes, you are gonna have to come back tomorrow morning. Will ten am be fine for you, because I know you are a very busy man."
"Yeah I am, but when I gotta handle business I make time fa' that." He said as he stroked his chin with that same ole confident smirk.
"Okay well I will see you tomorrow morning." I turned on my heels headed back towards the elevator when Yung called my name.
"Reesha."
"What Yung?"
"Its been six years and you ain't even tryna give a nigga no kinds of love."
"Aw lil Yung wanna hug." I teased as I stepped in his personal space and gave him a friendly hug, at least that's what I was aimin' for, but of course he had to do the most by picking me up and spinning me around.
"Boy if you don't put me down!" I squealed like a teenage girl.
"Girl you like bein' in these arms, quit frontin." Shit his ass wasn't lyin, that's for damn sure.
He finally placed me on my feet and smiled down at me. Damn...Damn..Damn he was too fine for his own good.
"I'ma slide outta hea' and you look good Reesha." He touched my chin and turned walking out the bank. I stood there for a few minutes just staring like a insolent idiot. I couldn't believe after all these years he had that effect on me.
I finally got myself in check and headed back up to my office. I shut everything down and made sure that everything was locked up and filed before hitting the light switch, walking out. I noticed Tasha had finished and was headed out as well. The cleaning crew would be here in a lil while.
My feet had just hit the pavement when I heard Tasha clearing her throat. I turned and looked at her and she gave me a fake ass smile.
"Is there a problem Tasha?" I raised my brow staring at her.
"No not really..well I was wonderin' how do you know August Alsina. I mean y'all seem pretty close." She said kind of salty like.
"First off Tasha that ain't none of your damn business and secondly you shouldn't have been so engrossed in what was going on because last I checked I was twenty-two and a grown woman that did grown woman things. I suggest you do the same, now have a nice evening." I stepped down the few steps in front of the bank and unlocked the doors on my Pearl white Range.
I slid onto the leather seats and sighed in relief. Today was a hectic day and I needed to unwind, but I was gon' unwind in the privacy of my own home. I was listening to Jodeci's Come and Talk to me. I drove through traffic listening to the words and allowing August to creep in my thoughts. I couldn't get over how he had grown into the most sexiest man I had laid my eyes on.
My phone started ringing and I had my bluetooth hooked up in the car. I looked at the screen and it was my mother.
"Hey momma."
"Hey baby. How was your day?"
"It was good and I think that the merger with Mercer State Bank and Chamber's Capital Bank is finally on the way." I said excitedly.
"Oh Reesha your father would be so proud and so am I."
"Thanks mom."
"This is what I called for, you know August is living here in Atlanta now." My mom said happily.
"Oh I already know because he came to the bank today." I made a right turn heading down the road where my house was.
"So...how did that go?
"Mom I already know what you are thinking so you can get those thoughts out of ya head." I said as I turned into my driveway.
"Reesha what happened to you guys and don't tell me that nothing shit either."
"Momma that's another story for another day. Just know that things don' changed and stuff happens." I shut my car off and rested my head back on the headrest.
"Okay I will leave it alone for now, but I hope to see you for Sunday dinner."
"You already know I will be there, but let me head in this house and I will talk to you later."
"Alright baby. Love you."
"Love you too."
I ended the call and got out the car. I walked to my front door, sliding the key in the lock. I sat all my things on the table by the door. I kicked my Prada pumps off and sighed in relief. I was so gonna enjoy my Friday evening soaking in the tub and sipping on my wine.
***outside***
I sat in my dark tinted Camaro and watched Reesha's house. She had no idea that I had been following her nor did she realize I obsessed I was with her. Every since I laid eyes on her beautiful face, I wanted her so bad. She never gave me the chance. No matter how many flowers I sent, she still ignored me. I was gradually becoming irritated.
We had one date and after she told me that she wasn't interested in a relationship, she only wanted to be friends. That's something that I didn't take too kindly. I was gonna sit back until I could concoct a plan to get her where I wanted her and that was in my bed.
August
I was headed home to relax cause a nigga had been on his grind. As I drove through traffic I couldn't help but think about Reesha. She had grown into a beautiful and sexy ass woman. I hate the fact of how I left and then there is that stupid ass bet that I made wit my niggas back then. I was young and dumb. Now I can't help but wonder where we would have been if it hadn't been for me leaving because she don't know anything about that bet. If she did she would have been flipped out on my ass because Reesha was one of them pretty girl's that was crazy as hell.
I couldn't wait to tomorrow morning so I could see and talk to her again to find out what she had been doing besides handlin' her grown woman shit and from what I see she been handlin' it well. I ran into her momma yesterday at the store and she was so happy to see me. So happy in fact that she invited a nigga fa' Sunday dinner. I accepted of course and she gave me the directions to her house. I already knew that Reesha was gon' been shocked like a muthafucka', but I wasn't about to turn down no home cooked meal.
I finally pulled into my circular driveway getting out my car. I got out and headed inside. I walked straight upstairs and kicked my shoes off laying on my bed. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and took a couple of selfies so that I could put one of them on Instagram. I posted one where I was looking at the camera biting down on my lip. The caption read:
augustalsina: need me a fine ass lady to come lay beside my while I grab on that ass #whofucknwitayungin'
I smirked and laid my phone down. I already knew the outcome of that lil post, but I do it fa' my fans because they tell me my selfie game is too strong, hell just like my dick game too.
Things don' changed, but I'm about ta' change some thangs in Miss Mercer's life, Be'lee dat cause Yung is sure ta' find out if that flame I lit still burns fa' a nigga....
