~Meet Harper~

I couldn't take it. Every single night ,coming home late and drunk. This has been the fifth time this week, but tonight he went a little to far.
*when he came back*
I had jut put our baby Maddison (Maddie) to sleep, tucking her in bed then silently shutting the door, making sure it was closed. Just as I did that the front door opened, and my drunk husband has returned. About time. I walked down the steps and be groggily waited at the bottom of the stair case. Once I got down he waited there very impatiently tapping his foot. "What?" I asked "What do you mean by What!" He yelled. "Niall please ,you're going to wake up Maddie." I asked calmly.
"Oh I don't give a fuck"
Then we started arguing. "Why are you such a whore ,you're such a terrible wife!" He yelled

My eyes were glossy, but I blinked the tears away. I couldn't cry now, here. "Well if I'm such a terrible wife ,maybe I should leave!!" I shot back
"Well maybe you should"
We then again started arguing..again

"Mommy is daddy hurting you?"she said in a sad tone

We both looked up. No sweetie go back to bed.
"B-but"
"Look here Maddison just go back to bed like like you're mother told you to!" He said in a rather harsh tone. "DO NOT SPEAK TO HER LIKE THAT" I dammanded.
"Oh yeah what are you gonna do if I don't"
"Well I might just.."
I was cut of by a sharp stinging feeling on my right check, & I was also on the ground, landing right on my stomach. & with that Niall left the house. "MOMMY" Maddie ran over to me in her cut little 3 year old toddler run. "Are you okay?" She questioned. "Yes I'm fine Maddie, I gave her a small smile, when I got up.
"Bark! Bark!" Our dog Xavier...barked.
