Clay was tense. Very tense. He was going to ask Peril to marry him.
Why,he'd never imagined that he would one day ask Queen Scarlet's champion to marry him.
So he would ask turtle.
While going to meet him, he heard some noise coming from Tsunami's cave.
" Tsunami"
" Yes, Riptide?"
"WILLYOUMARRYMEPLEASEDON'TKILLME"
He wasn't sure, but he thought he heard the sound of bones cracking.
Next cave was Glory's. She had come for a visit. He could already hear Deathbringer's smug laugh and venom sizzling.
There was the library.
Okay, squealing.
So Starflight had already asked his question.
Peril suddenly ran into him.
"Clay,I have something to ask you," she said.

" Will you marry me?"she asked.
Head-on
Oooookkkkkaaaayyy?
Yes!
Clay suddenly had a feeling.
A Déjà vu.
A dark feeling.
