Maya's POV

I woke up and was released from the hospital. I hopped in Deans car.

"I hope you don't mind we stay at my apartment for the five days you need to be watched." Deans said.

"I don't mind.." I said keeping to myself as we pulled into the parking lot. He unlocked the door and motioned for me to go in.

I sat on the couch and played on my phone. "Maya, I know you're probably embarrassed but you need to face it." Dean said I just stared at him.

Dean's POV

"I wanna take these five days to get to know you. Maybe even take you out on a date. But why did you do what you did? You could have killed yourself." I said to her pulling her close to me.

"Dean, It's nothing different. Everyday is hell for me. I have to look at these scars for the rest of my life. Each represents some type of pain." I stared at her holding her close to me as she started to tell her story.

"When I was 12. That's when my dad started to beat me for little things like not listening or not doing homework. That's when I started to cut. He continued to hit me. I was 14 when I lost my virginity to Ryan. I came home a month later and my dad pushed me against the wall and hit me over and over again. He was a drunk. I started to bleed and realized I had a miscarriage. It's the worse feeling ever. I finally decided when I turned sixteen I would run away and I did." She said as I wiped a tear from my eye as she just shook it off.

The rest of the night we just cuddled on the couch and watched the WWE Network, which is only $9.99. ;)
