Hey I'm mohit and this is my story. So this is about my first love which remained as a memory, so it all started when i was in 10th standard.
When i first saw her, it was like
The clouds were eager to pour their love upon us.
HER EYES MADE ME REALIZE,
THAT HEAVEN DO EXIST.
HER LIPS WERE THE PUREST FORM OF
SWEETNESS.
HER FACE WAS THE DEFINITION OF INNOCENCE.
Yeah there she was my first love!
I was in my tenth standard,
When I noticed her for the first time.
I was speechless, my eyes were
blessed with the enchanted beauty and it made me believe that angles do exist .
Many of the girls were pretty cute in my class, but she remained in my eyes.
I never felt like this before, it was a whole new experience and it felt so good.
As the days passed, we became close to our boards.
One day she stayed at school for long, I was surprised to see her alone and I wanted to ask her that why she's her after the school, but I didn't knew her name. As I was trying to remember her name she saw me and called my name, I was stunned and surprised, I didn't knew that she knows my name then i went there to help her and asked
HOW DO U KNOW MY NAME?
She replied with a smile:
OUR MOM'S ARE FRIENDS OF EACHOTHER AND I KNOW YOU FROM A LONG TIME!
I felt embarrassed cause' she knew my name and she was my mom's friend's daughter, then I asked her name which was even more embarrassing.
She replied with a huge smile "RIYA". My name is "RIYA". Believe me that day I felt like I've achieved something, then I asked her the reason for staying up in the school for so long.
For that she replied with a weird look which I felt was kinda cute
"OH MOHIT! I'M JUST COMPLETING MY WORK, WHICH IS PENDING FOR LIKE A WEEK NOW".
She asked me if I can help her with it, I said yes without even thinking for a second.
"THAT DAY HIT ME DIFFERENTLY,
AS I WAS WITH A BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN THE SCHOOL LONELY".
After completing the work we both decided to go home together.
Cause' it was too late and I asked her to come with me, cause' we both stay in a same locality.
As we started to walk towards our home it was too dark, I asked het to walk with me so that she'll feel safe. As we were walking I looked at her she looked so beautiful as the moonlight complimented her.
As we walked together we shared a lot of things which made us laugh hard. I don't know why the moon was so beautiful that night as it was blessing us from the sky.
I didn't wanted to go home that cause' it felt soo good and I never wanted it to end but then we reached to our home and said goodbye to eachother.
That night I tried to sleep but I couldn't, cause' I sat on my bed by thinking about her as if she bewitched me with her beauty. That night went like a tortise as I awaited for the morning by waking up all night.
Next day as I went to school everyone was tensed, cause' we got to know that our board's were just two weeks away. I was tensed as I will not get enough time to spend with her as I was sad by thinking that our principal mam entered the class room and said
"MORNING STUDENTS!
AS THE BOARD'S ARE NEAR, WE DECIDED TO DO YOUR FARE-WELL DAY AFTER TOMORROW. SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU ALL TO BE PREPARED FOR YOUR PROM.
THANK YOU!".
I was the happiest person after hearing that, then I looked at her and she looked at me it was an unexpected moment which gave me goosebumps, then I went to her and asked her for the prom.
"HEY RIYA! WILL U BE MY PROM?"
: I asked
She grabbed hand and pulled me towards her
and said:
" YES I WILL, CAUSE' WE LOOK PERFECT TOGETHER".
I was surprised by hearing that and felt so good, she smiled politely and left the room. I didn't slept that night I guess those were the most restless night of my life.
"THE NEXT DAY WE ALL STARTED THE DECORATION,
AS WE ALL WANTED TO MAKE CELEBRATE THAT DAY AS A SENSATION"
That whole day we didn't met with eachother, cause' she was busy with her friends and I helped my friends in the decoration.
As the past two nights I wasn't able to sleep that night cause' the thought of being with her made me restless, after sometime I drown into sleep and the night passed slowly.
The next day I was so excited to see her, cause' it was a special day for me ( I don't know why i felt like that, but it felt so good). After having my breakfast, I got ready by wearing my formal suit and went to school. But she wasn't arrived yet I helped my buddies with decoration, then she arrived
"MY EYES GOT STUCK AND HEARTBEAT RAISED,
SHE LOOKED LIKE A PRINCESS AS IF I WAS IN A FAIRYTALE".
She was in a beautiful purple gown and there I fell for her I don't know what love is but for me it's seeing her smiling in that dress and praying that this should last forever.
After that we sat together talked tp eachother for a long time after that our teachers and principals mam came and gave a big lecture on how should we prepare for our exams and how can we score well, but all the time my focus was on her I was just bewitched.
After the speech of the principal the most awaited thing started " THE PROM".
All the students started dancing with their partners and I was with riya it felt so good and reminded me the scene from "THE VAMPIRE DIARIES" (where damon ask elena; will you dance with me for one last time) I felt like I was living my fantasy, we danced together for like hours by holding eachother's hands and making eachother smile.
After sometime it ended and we came into the reality where everyone was crying cause' it was the last day of our school, it was a great ride we made many friends and had many moments which will remain as memories, we never thought of leaving the school but we had to that day a beautiful phase of our life ended and we were about to start a new phase of our life technically college life.
All promised eachother that we'll be in contact with eachother, riya and I got emotional too cause' we don't now when we'll meet now and she was moving to Mumbai after her 10th board, we promised eachother that we'll meet in the school after the exams and then we spend the whole day with eachother and shared the phone numbers of our mum's.
After a week boards started I was so nervous on the first day but it went well and the other day's were awesome cause' the exams were damn easy for me and after two weeks the board's ended.
As I promised her I went to the school and surprisingly she was waiting for me by sitting there. As she saw me she gave me hug and I was freezed like a tree log ( I didn't knew what to do I never hugged a girl before) we didn't talked much but did another promise that we'll meet on the results day and will stay a little longer.
"THAT DAY I FELT LITTLE LONELY,
AS I'M NOT GONNA SEE MEET HER AFTER SOME TIME LATELY".
After that the days weren't normal for me, days became long and night were restless and it took me few days to realize that I was in love with her. She was my first love that love which everyone says that is a misery. But I don't know why they call it a misery cause' it was a beautiful feeling which used to make me smile for no reason as the restless days passed the results came near and I was so happy cause' I was about to meet her as I reached to school the school was filled will students but everyone was sad, I didn't knew the reason I thought everyone got less marks but as I gone there
"I FELT LIKE I DROWNED INTO THE DARK, AS SHE LEFT ME ALONE AND GONE TOO FAR"
I saw her mom, crying so hard because riya died in an accident two days before the results
I couldn't stop my tears and I cried out so loud I didn't knew what to do and returned to home after that. Her mom came to my house and talked to my mom as she knew riya liked me and she wanted to meet me, her mom said that she was eager to meet me and planned everything to do when we meet.
It was so hard to accept that she wasn't more and I wasn't ready to accept that.
After few miserable days I accepted the reality and gone to our school where we walked lastly, those roads reminded me of her and all the moments we spent together.
Then I understood why they say
" FIRST LOVE IS A BEAUTIFUL MISERY, WHICH WILL KILL A PERSON SLOWLY".
" IT WASN'T EASY TO MOVE ON BUT I HAD TO FORGET HER,
AS I HAD MANY PLANS TOWARDS MY BRIGHTER FUTURE'
It took five months to get over her but she was still in my mind but I was more focused on my college life...
