Spook had been sitting out on the mountainside far away from the pack, her muzzle stained with tears. She had a shuddering breath as she trying to keep her head together, Spook could see all the hallucinations running amuck in front of her eyes as the memories were not completely settled. Her voice was shaky at best, "The day we ... met... Frozen I... held my.. breath... Right from.. the start... I knew I found a home... from my heart." Her golden ears flattened back again her cranium while her forelock hid her face from the world. "Beats fast... colors and promises.... How to be brave... how can I love... when I am... afraid to fall?" She bit her lip curling her tail around her hind, wind rippling across her pelt as she stared down at the cliff side below. The fall surely wouldn't kill her so why bother, instead she was more intune with watching the memories play across the air. Azela smiling in her mind dancing about the fields of grass across the far reaches of the sky, "But watching... you stand... alone... all of my... doubt... suddenly... goes away... somehow..."
Moon watched from the skies. She was dreading everything and her memories play the most of it. The wolf soon walked out from the skies only to discover her child sent herself down the cliffside. What you have done in the past has came to present. Some sins cannot be fixed. The words she thought right then were words of another god. One who warned her of this coming but she never believed them. “Eclipse!” she yelled. Her tone was not of any cruelty as it usually is, instead it was of a motherly tone. One warm and gentle with a hidden sadness in it. Moving towards the wolf, she stayed her distance. She knew not of what the wolf would do to her, and for all Moon cared, Spook had all rights to try to rip her limb from limb… The goddess deserved it in her mind.
“I have died… everyday… waiting for you…” Her ears remained flattened down as she remained staring off into the darkness of the sky, her heart yearned for someone who was no more. Her tail swayed slowly against her as the only comfort she felt was the cold air that crept down her spine, the world never felt so lonely. “Time stands… still … beauty.. is all she is… I will be brave… I will not…. not…. not…” She broke again, she couldn’t continue anymore. Her nostrils let out a snuffling noise as she heard a name shouted, who was that name? Why was it shouted at her? Her cranium slowly turned around peering over her shoulder, of course the last being she wanted to see was sitting there. “... What do you want… haven’t you done enough or do you just want to finish what you started…. mother?” Her eyes held every ounce of sorrow, she no longer even felt the will to live any longer so how she managed to this point was beyond even her.
Moon listened to her child sing that song… She knew it all too well, it was the only song she always despised that Azela always sung. And now it would seem like it was the song that would finish tearing her apart. “I am not here to finish anything… I am here to…” SHe took a deep breath before moving closer. That was the only thing she could think of to do. She knew better than to make eye contact not wanting to let her child’s pain drain onto her just yet. Even though it had already start entering her long before. “My Child, I apologize. I have done you wrong so many times over the years… I deserve to have your full hatred… But right now I ask you to forgive me.” She lowered her head, showing that she was submissive towards the younger wolf.
