Cinder's POV:
I walked out of the room, holding hands with Colby, and the boys were there. We all walked around, and I showed them to some hidden places not even the workers know of. I knew of these places because of the constant pull I experience every time I get near them. They are incredibly hidden, hell, there is even one behind a mirror. I wandered away from the group for a bit, and walked out to the maze. I was feeling a strange pull towards said area, and as I thought I was alone, decided to go in. I entered, and soon enough got lost in my own world, taking turns, slowing down, and speeding up. I got around 10 minutes in, and came to a sudden halt. I looked down at the patch of grass beneath me, and saw a faint rectangular border. I dropped to my knees and started digging around the edges, and opened the trapdoor that was revealed. I started breathing heavily, and someone came up behind me. I got up and roundhouse kicked them. It was Jake trying to get my attention. I apologised, but he just laughed it off.
"How the hell did you do that? We were screaming for you to stop, but then just decided to follow you. And you came across THIS?" Said Corey. I looked at Jake, Sam, and Corey, as I was too afraid to look at Colby's reaction.
"I don't know how I do it. I get what you could call a pull towards an area and just follow it. It happens every time I come here. This one is new though. You can tell by the shovel-compressed dirt, as there are no footprints over it, it was last used as an exit, and they tried to cover up the prints, but I am assuming it is a tunnel or a room, probably a tunnel, as I see no need for an underground room in a maze, you could just make a closed off one above ground. If I am not mistaken, it should lead to a new part of the woods, seeing as it won't head east, due to the underground rooms in the Stanley, it won't head North, due to the city in said direction, and it won't head south, as there is a clear view of the flat countryside, and there is no exit found by the person who mows the land in said direction. West it is." I responded, kind of going on a rant. They looked at me astonished, and I blushed. I started crawling into the shaft, and after many of them pleading against it, then coming to the realisation that no matter what, I was going in, and they didn't know the way out of the maze, they joined me in the underground passage. The smell of freshly dug dirt filled my nose, and I said "This is freshly dug. The smell of the dirt gives it away. We can follow this using the slightest light given off by one phone inside a pocket, facing outwards, as it gives off a slight glow, enough to see around, but not enough to give off a huge electrical signal, or anything that would provoke a gamma meter. I'll turn on my torch on my phone." And we went in. The boys tried to scare me, as they thought it would be funny, but I didn't get scared, because a human gives off light, but it is too bright to see, and for some reason I can see it. We came to the end of the tunnel, and there were floorboards above us. I listened for movement, and as soon as I had verified that there was none, I pried the floorboards upwards, using a root I found on the way as a lever. I looked in, and saw the inside of a cabin. Not just any cabin, my cabin.
I visually relaxed, and climbed upwards, into the basement of my humble abode. The boys questioned it, and when I told them I live here, they discussed something out of my earshot.
While I was walking around, I came to the reason that said tunnel was freshly dug, therefore, there may be someone tampering with my home. I walked around, looking at all of my objects around the house, and checking to see if everything was placed correctly. I noticed that the fridge had slightly tilted, but considered it an effect of the cabin settling. As I walked around more, I realised that most things were slight tilted to the left, indicating that a left handed person is here or has been here. I suddenly stopped when I realised that I mustn't have checked the guest room, as I felt an energy being emitted from said area. (I'm going to try am easier way for dialogue)
Cinder- Guys, don't move a muscle, breathe as quite as humanely possible, and don't make a sound...
Everyone nodded their heads in agreement. I walked over to the guest room, and stared at the door, using enough of my energy that it moved. The guys were still filming, and they were all in awe. I walked into said room, when someone grabbed me and pulled me down. I shot upwards, so that I was in the air for an unnatural duration of time. I turned and looked at the intruder, yet said thing wasn't there anymore. I walked out of the room, and acted normal.
