2. Oberoi family

The family is the only creation that a man makes for himself and by himself, family is the wall that hold its members, it's the comfort when we sometimes falter. Oberoi family is one living true example of happy loving family. The family is headed by Kalyani Oberoi, who is in her late 70's but she is a jolly person who love to talk about romance and love. She has a son, Tej Oberoi, a famous businessman married to a gorgeous woman Jhanvi Oberoi, a businesswoman herself but a woman who takes pride in everything she does. They have four children, all different from each other but still alike to each other. In the morning, at breakfast table, everyone was present except the children.

Kalyani:"Jhanvi where are my children?"
Jhanvi:"I don't have any slight idea mummy ji".
Tej:"They will come, we should start."
In the meantime Om and Priyanka came:
Om:"Good morning everyone."
Priyanka:"Good morning."
Jhanvi:"Where are you guys going?"
Priyanka:"Mom, I'm going to college and Om bhai will drop me."
Om:"Yes mom, I have to visit an art gallery near her college so I'll drop her off."
Tej:"Ok, but where is my Rudy?"
Om:"he is coming, he was finishing his morning workout."
After few seconds Rudra came:
Rudra:"Good morning everybody."
Kalyani:"Good morning, where are you going so early?"
Rudra:"Oh my sweet granny, I have an early shoot on my film set."
Jhanvi:"All of you now eat properly."
Omrupri:"Yes ma'am!"(laughing)
Everyone was laughing and enjoying their family time but Tej was lost.
Kalyani:"What happened Tej? You seem worried."
Jhanvi:"Yeah I'm noticing it from yesterday that you are quite worried, and how was your meeting yesterday?"
Tej:"It was good, I met Anika Rajput, the CEO of Rajput empire. She is a lovely child but a bit reserved."
Rudra:"Dad, that girl is soo rich, she is only 25 but touched big heights in business world, she is all over the social media nowadays."
Om:"I know but no one know about her family background, no one know where is her father? Why her parents divorced? How did she reached these heights in business all alone?"
Priyanka:"People make different statements about her, but she doesn't bother, she never does any interview or media conference. People think that she is arrogant and love to boast about her royalty."
Tej:"No Priyanka, I met her only for few minutes but she is totally different, very aloof and distant. She maintains her professionalism and doesn't mix her professional and personal life."
Jhanvi:"You could have invited her for dinner over our place."
Tej:"I did, but she denied instantly and I think it's because she doesn't like mingling with different people."
Om:"It can be but she is a role model for younger generations because her business skills has impressed the world."
Jhanvi:"True! You are right, I have heard so much praises for Anika by my colleagues and it's just shocking, how can someone be this clever at this age?"
Priyanka:"She is clever, my professors uses her as an example for business lessons. She is a very successful woman."
Kalyani:"After hearing so much about her, I want to meet this Anika Rajput."
Tej:"Do you know mummy ji, when I first time saw Anika, I just selected her for my son."
Rudra:"Me?"(excited)
Om:"No duffer! I think dad want Anika for our Shivaay."
Priyanka:"But where is Shivaay bhai?"
Jhanvi:"He went to his friends house yesterday because he hosted a reunion party, and probably he would have drunk and passed out, but don't worry I'll make sure that he will directly come to office today."
Tej:"I have a meeting with Anika today, I hope he doesn't create a scene because he is very straightforward and a bit more frank with people but he can be rude at the same time"
Kalyani: I don't know when Shivaay will grow up, he is arrogant to the outer world but very good to his own family, but I don't understand why doesn't he want to get married?"
Om:"Granny, he is just not ready for lifetime loyalty and commitment, because he saw some of his friends getting married and then getting divorced because they couldn't handle the responsibilities and thought that it was a burden , because people expected too much from their partners."
Jhanvi:"I hope he gets ready for marriage before we grow old."
Om:"He will mom when he will find his miss. Perfect. Besides I don't know why but my heart is indicating that he will find someone that will break his false stereotypes about a sacred bond like marriage."
Rudra:"I hope he does soon, because I want to dance eagerly on bhai's wedding. But Shivaay bhai has more girlfriends than me and he is a certified playboy, currently he is dating Tia Kapoor, a supermodel."
Jhanvi:"I don't know when Shivaay will change, I didn't brought him up like this. I just pray that he gets ready for marriage then I don't have to hear about his affairs every day."
Tej:"I hope he gets ready or else we have to force him and I don't like his habits of dating many girls at same time."
Kalyani:"After he gets married he will change, don't worry."
Priyanka:" I hope the same granny or else his habits will snatch his happiness and only regret will be left."
Tej:"I trust my upbringing, he won't make me ashamed."
Om:"guys eat we are getting late."
Rudra:"Yeah, we can discuss Shivaay bhai's case later."
After eating everyone left towards their destinations.

Kalyani went to her bedroom, but Anika Rajput name was ringing in her head.
Kalyani p.o.v.
"Why I feel a connection with Anika, I think I know her since ages but my old brain isn't remembering her but I have to find out or else I won't find peace."
She sent her maid to call the security team of the mansion and instructed them to find information about Anika, and keep it as secret and only let her know. They nodded and left. She was waiting and after 2 hours they came back and gave her a file. She read and found that she was her best friend Aradhya's granddaughter. Her heart was jumping in happiness, now she was sure that she will get Anika as wife for Shivaay.

In Rajput empire,
Anika was getting ready to go to Oberoi office for her meeting and her secretary was briefing her about the project details. Anika left to Oberoi office with her bodyguards and her p.a. and her project team. She was unaware that she is going to meet someone who will be hard to forget.
