As the days went by Harry and I started to hang out more. I do admit spending time with him is great but I feel the same as I did three weeks ago. Confused.
"Why don't we go to a party tonight!" Bella said. I glanced at her and rolled my eyes. She couldn't be serious. "Oh come on! Zayn invited me and I think you should come with me, like a bonding experience." She had been talking to this Zayn dude since they met each other at the last party we went to.
"I don't know, you remember last time we went to a party you flashed everyone and were one clothing item away from people throwing one dollar bills your direction." I wanted to get out of the house and hang out with Bella, I just don't know if I want 50 other drunk people there with us.
"This time I will control my intake, that hangover was the worst." She called Zayn and told him we were going.
"I didn't even agree yet!" I shouted as I threw a pillow her direction. She laughed and ran to her closet. She pulled out a red strapped stress and red heals that looked impossible to walk in.
"Pick whatever you want hun i'm going to change!" She took the items into her bathroom and started to run the water. I sat on the edge of her bed and stared into her closet. I didn't feel like getting dressed up for a party, plus it was chilly out so a dress would not be ideal for me.
I thumbed through Bella's clothes and ended up deciding on light washed mom jeans, a black band t-shirt, a cute black belt, and doc martens. I put my hair into a half up half down and put on light makeup. Believe it or not I felt great with the way I looked.
"Woah so 90's, why don't you let me pick out your outfit?" Bella said while looking me up and down. She has on her red dress and looked amazing, I could never pull that off.
"Because believe it or not Bells I'm comfy and I have to stop by work later anyways so Louis will be proud I at least look like I belong in a record store." I had been working there for almost 2 years now and I barely get in any hours but it's fun.
"If you say so." I grabbed my keys and we left for the party. The drive was short ended because the house this time was right down the street, it was a small house with cars lined up three houses down.
As I walked in I felt myself tense up, the music was blaring, alcohol was everywhere, I needed a blunt to calm myself down. It was an old habit that helped me through high school parties. I told Bella I forgot my phone and I would be right back.
When I got into my car i took a deep breath and opened the console where I hid a stash for emergencies. I began rolling when someone tapped on my window. "shit!" I dropped my weed everywhere. I looked at whoever was responsible for this and my jaw dropped.
"Hey Abbie I thought I recognized your-" Shit it was Harry. I didn't want him to think of me any less because of something I haven't done in a year. He looked shocked but not the 'i'm going to leave and ask no questions shocked' his expression was hard to read.
"you smoke weed?" he asked. uh oh. I wanted to say no but I had everything scattered.
"I haven't in a while, I was having anxiety in there so I came out here to smoke." He opened my car door and sat with me.
"I've never smoked before maybe I should." He took the baggie in his hand and sniffed the herb. I moved my seat back and tried to salvage as much as I could.
"Okay just don't watch me it makes me nervous." Harry laughed and looked the other direction. When I was finished harry took it from my hands, got out of my car and began walking.
