The tank appears at the 2:08 mark breaking through a wall just behind Francis

then, it lands at the floor, hard

After a short speech the tank fired it's main gun, rapidly, sending Sephiroths flying all over the place, and rampaging through the facility like an unstoppable beast (just like, well, a tank)

The tank later appears again in the 3:47 mark, trying to aim for Francis that's now in the air, somehow with accurate precision fire despite aiming from outside the turret (and with a rather advanced aiming sight with target locking and identification system)

Then it fires it's round, a Bullet Bill

Then it hit the Inkweaver and sent Francis straight to the ink silo, cracking it open and spilling ink on Francis and unfortunately, the Inkweaver.

After another chain of events the tank appears again, this time at 5:03, lifted, then turned into a metal box

And that's the last ever appearance of the tank, the wreck is not seen again, but it is possible that it got destroyed along with the island.
