MATHEUS

"Grace, find me another personal assistant. I want her in my penthouse tommorow morning. Thank you." Matheus ordered his executive assistant.

"Yes Sir."

Matheus ended the call when he heard her father talked. "You should probably hire someone like Grace. Simple, unattractive and efficient." His father grinned intently looking at him. He came into his office unnoticed all the time. He was wondering if he was just too busy or his father just had a talent on silent walking.

"What do you mean by that dad?" He frowned.

"Son, in a year, you already had fourteen personal assistants. That means you only keep me them in less than a month. I am fully aware that by the time you bring them in your bed you fire them the following day. So I suggest you hire an assistant that you would not want to drag in bed. Just like Grace." His father smilled and sat at the sofa inside his huge office.

For a while Matheus looked at his father. He is trying to figure out if his father was kidding. Too bad he did not inherit his father's charm. He was reserved, ruthless and unwelcoming. He doesn't smile at everyone and seldom says please. Since he took over his father's position as the CEO and Presindent of Gomes Group of Companies the whole atmosphere of the office changed. It was mainly because he was far too different from his father. The total opposite.

"Dad, Grace had been your executive assistant for three years and she had been working with me efficiently for two years. I cannot just fire her whenever I want. I'm sure you will be furious when you'll learn that."

"Son, you know that's not what I meant. If Grace had been sexy as hell wound you not bed her? and if you bed her, would you not fire her? or transfer to another department because you know I would be furious if you'll fire her?"

Grace was not basically his type, end of story. It's not that she's ugly, it's just that she is not her type. He thought about what her father said or if he was even making sense. He actually tried not to have a personal assistant, and he realized he cannot not have one. And it's not his fault if they choose one that would suit his tastes. "Dad, it's not as if I was the one who hire them."

"Oh c'mon son. You would surely throw her out of the door if she doesn't suit your tastes." His father rolled eyes on him. He is probably the only CEO he knew who rolls his eyes. His father had always been a happy man. He said it was his secret to success.

"So what do you suggest then, Dad?"  He surrendered. I'm sure he will not dismiss the topic until he gives in.

"I can give you Joanna. She is simple, unattractive and efficient, just like Grace."

He frowned. "Who is Joanna?" It was probably the first time he heard the name.

"My personal assistant. She had been with me for nearly two years. You might not notice her or maybe you have not seen her since you only visited me twice since you assumed the office. You will like her. Your mom likes her. Your mom will be at peace if you have Joanna. We will not be worried to see unexpected scene in your penthouse." He grinned.

His parents always caught him having sex in his penthouse. That's because they always make unannouced visit, And yes, it's always with his personal secretary. He took a deep breath. "Okay. Send her in 6 AM at the penthouse tommorow."

"Great!"

"So what brought yo here, Dad?" He finally asked.

"I just paid you a visit. I have not seen you for a while. Your brother Henrico will be home soon from Brazil. You should pay us a visit. You mom missed you."

"Of course, Dad. I'll be there this weekend."

"Good!"
