Chapter 8
"I was wondering if you could give me a ride." he said backing up a little. "Um, what happen to your car." I asked in utter confusion. I could see a small smirk grow on his face. "Kelly took it to go somewhere. So can I?" I was wondering why Kelly would need his car. Than again she doesn't have a car. I always drive here places especially to school. "Um, yeah..okay sure." I opened my car door again and slipped into the drivers seat as he sat in the passenger seat. "So what did you want to talk about." I said focused on the road. "You..me." I broke my focus looked at him then back at the road. "What about you and me?" I said. "Our relations before I left. You know were we left." I could fell him staring at me as he said what he said. I remembered were we left off before he left but I wasn't so sure the label our relationship was labeled. To tell you the truth my memory is kind of fuzzy of were we left off. The relationship with Jacob I totally forgot almost forgot about Jay (Jason). When I snap back to reality I noticed I drove all the way home with out noticing a thing.
I got the car and walked to the front door, Jay close an my heels. I opened the door and walked in. I dropped my books on the floor and walked strait to the kitchen. "This place hasn't changed a bit." he said admiring the kitchen. "Yup. You want something to drink?" I said looking for some apple juice. "No I'm good." "Okay" I sat at a stool next to him. "So what you want to talk about?" "You remember the day before I left what happened and what I said to you right?" He said with a questionable face. "I do why?" I said with a confused face.
~Flash Back~
Before Jay left he came over. We were very close and I didn't want to see him leave. So at the time I was in my bedroom crying because my closest friend, I also had a huge crush on him, was leaving. He opened my bedroom door and came in side. "I don't want to say good bye you." I said. He sat by me on my bed and looked at me. "I don't want to leave either, but I have to." "So why did you come to say good bye. If you are I'm not ready to hear it." I said looking away from him. "I have to tell you something." he said rubbing my back. "Unless you are going tell me you are staying I don't want to hear it." "I like you." he said I didn't know why he was saying this."I know you like me that's why we are friends." I said. Right then and there I had a little blonde moment. No offense to blondes every were we all know you guys are smart. "No that's not what I mean." I looked at him confused. "I mean I have a...I like like you." I sat there still confused. Then he kissed me...on the lips. It took me a while to get out of shock. Then I kissed him back. He pulled back and said "Can you promise me something." My dumb young self said yes. "Promise me we'll have our first time together." Once again my dumb young self said yes. Then he left to never be seen again till now.
~Flash Back Over~
"Well have you?" he said knocking me out of my thoughts. "That's non of your business." I said starting to get angry that he'll ask me that after leaving me here after confessing his feelings for me, and he expects me to keep my promise. "I think it is." "No actually it's not. You know actually I'm not." "What?!" "Okay maybe I am, but still I don't owe you a thing after what you did to..." I stopped trying to calm down. "After what you did to me after leaving me after confessing your feelings to me. Knowing how I felt." I said in a clam voice. I tried so hard to keep the tears from falling. "I'm sorry okay I didn't want to hurt you." "And I'm sorry for losing myself there." After that we talked about everything that happened since he left. Then he left..to go home which is three doors down from my house. How ironic.

I woke up to Tik Tok by Ke$ha. I rolled out if bed and went in the bathroom and took a bath. For ten, fifteen minutes. Then I got out to go to my closet. Searched threw my closet for the perfect or at least close to perfect, outfit. I came across a cute, baby blue, off the shoulder T. It had writing on it that said "Don't Stare" in silver cursive writing. I decided to wear that with well fitted white skinny jeans and baby blue ballet flats. I let my hair fall in to its natural curls. I walked down stairs to see my dad and his girlfriend, . I said good morning grabbed my notebook, a pencil, and pen then walked out the door. I got in my car and speed off.

I walked in the hall to see Nick and Kelly making out. I'm guessing they went public, and that Morgan isn't to happy about that. I walked to my locker to see Jacob standing right there. I ran to him and hugged him, then pulled away. He step closer to me and clenched my waist; I wrapped my arms around his neck. He leaned in and gave me a passionate kiss, then pulled away. "Good morning." I said looking into his eyes. "Good Morning to you to." he said looking back in mine. Then we kissed again but this time was interrupted by some clearing their throat. I pulled back from Jacob and turned around to see Jason, Kelly, and Nick standing there. Kelly looked at me with this smile on her face, while nick had his arm around her shoulder. "So I see you and Nick went public." I said looking at Kelly. Her smile got bigger before she replied yes. Jason just stood there with a blank expression on his face. "Um," I said breaking the silence, "you guys wanna go to class or stand here like statues." we all walked to class together. Kelly in Nick's arm, me in Jacob's arm, and Jason is behind us. We sit down at our usual seats. I sit next to Jacob, who is across from Kelly. This time Kelly is between Nick and Jason. I pass Jason a note which said:
-You mad at me or something.
I passed it to him. He opened it then looked at it. He then looked up at me then at the paper and started writing. He passed it to me. I opened it and read
- It's nothing to worry about.
P.S. I'm trying out for basket today
after school.
I folded the note then put it in my back pocket with my phone. The bell rang to signal lunch break.
