Finally Safe

SEAN'S POV 

After what happened at the school, I started hanging out with people more often. My father had been put in prison for child endangerment, breaking and entering, and attempted man Slater. There was no way I was going to see him anytime soon. Having him gone helped a lot. I even went to see my mom more often. 

Mark and I spent a lot of time together. I was almost always with him. When I wasn't, I missed him, but it was okay. I felt okay. I hasn't felt okay in years, but I finally did. I was finally safe.

MARK'S POV 

After what happened with Jack, I wanted to make sure he was okay. His dad ended up going to prison for multiple things. I was glad he was out of Jack's life. Jack didn't need that negativity on him. I spent as much time with him as I could, but of course, I couldn't spend all of my time with him. He was so sweet about it too. Whenever I had to go do something, he would give me a sad look, then smile and say "that will make seeing you even more special when you get back"

I love this boy. It had been almost a year since. We have graduated high school. we still had the same friend group, plus a couple of people. I had been thinking for the past couple of months. I was going to propose to Jack. That night, we were having a barque. I had gotten permission from him mother. I just hoped that he would say yes.

SEAN'S POV 

Mark had been acting a little out of it lately. Like he was planning something. And honestly, I was kind f exited. Whenever Mark planned anything, it was always amazing. I couldn't wait to see how the barque was going to turn out. 

(Time skip to proposal) 

I was sitting in a chair, talking to my mom. She had gotten a new job as a pitriatic nurse.She ad helped three kids get ready for surgery that day. she was kind of worried about them, but her whole face changed once Mark walked in. He looked nervous, like he was about to do something. All of a sudden, he was in front of me, and was on one knee. I didn't even wait to hear wheat he had to say, once he had the ring out, I said yes.

I can not wait to spend the rest of my life with this amazing man.
