3rd POV

Lulu and sally finally finished baking the cake and making dinner with the help of slender. Everyone was downstairs beside masky, hoodie, Toby, and Jeff.

"All right I'll go get Jeff" lulu said happily. She skipped up the stairs to Jeff's room.

Lulu knocked on the door and waited for a couple of seconds. A thud then a grunt could be heard from his room. Then the door opened.

"Lulu?" Jeff asked quietly. Lulu smiled and said "come with me, it's dinner time, we have a surprise for you". Jeff thought about it before nodding his head.

Lulu's smile brighten and and dragged Jeff downstairs to the kitchen. She sat Jeff down next ej and she sat down next to sally.

Everyone smiled at Jeff and but Jeff looked down embarrassed. Everyone began to eat besides Jeff. He was messing with his food.

-time skip to 15 minutes-

Everyone was done eating but Jeff. Lulu and sally stood up and walking over to the kitchen area. "Hey Jeff can you close your eyes until we tell you to open them" ej said. Jeff nodded and closed his eyes.

     Lulu and sally came over with the cake and put it in front of Jeff. "Alright, Jeff you can open your eyes now" x-virus said. Jeff slowly opened his eyes and looked at the cake in front of him.

      He pointed at it and then pointed to himself. Lulu nodded and gave Jeff a knife to cut the cake. He grabbed it looked at the knife. He put the knife near the cake and cut it. He began cutting slices but was till confused on why they baked a cake for him.

       "You may be wondering why we baked you cake" sally started. "Well I know you can't resist sweets, so I baked you a cake, for three reasons, one because I haven't seen you happy in so long, two because I love you, and three because they want to try to get to know you better" lulu said happily.

        Jeff smiled slightly which made the others smile. Jeff felt the tears start up again. He couldn't help it. He actually had people who wanted to know him. He let a few tears slip but he smiled. "T-thanks lulu" he said quietly.

Everyone was surprised by his voice and how happy he looked. Lulu felt like crying and she did. She hugged Jeff and he slowly hugged her back.

For once he felt really happy. He felt as if he was free. He broke free from all of the hate, and the abuse he got. Lulu let go of Jeff to see tears in his eyes. "Don't cry" lulu said as she wipes his tears with her thumb. "I-I'm sorry" Jeff said quietly as he looked down. "Hey cheer up! How about me and you watch a movie just like when we were kids" lulu said with a smile.

      Jeff looked at lulu and nodded. They all began eating cake besides EJ. "Hey Jack, how come you haven't eating your cake yet" Ben asked. "I don't like human food remember" ej said in a leave me alone voice.

"Well just because you don't like it doesn't mean you can't eat it, have you even tried cake before" Ben said back with a bit of sass. Ej glared at Ben and said "no, I'm not eating it". Ben looked at him with a challenging look and said "I'll make you a deal". Ej looked at him with a look that said continue. "If you eat it wether you like it or not, I'll leave you alone for a week, I'll only bother you when slender gives you a mission" Ben said.

Ej looked like he was thinking before he said "fine, we have a deal, but if you don't leave me alone, I'll break your consoles along with your games". Ben nodded and stuck out his hand. Ej looked at bens hand and shook it.

Ej grabbed a piece of cake and grabbed a fork. Everyone looked at ej besides Jeff. Ej lifted up his mask to only show his mouth and nose. He got a small piece of the cake and slowly put it to his mouth. He began chewing and finally swallowed. "So is it good or not" Jane said. Ej shrugged and said "it's alright, but I think I'll stick with eating kidneys". Ben shrugged and said "it's progress I guess, your slowly adapting to human food again". At that Jeff's head perked up. "W-what do y-you m-m-mean?" Jeff asked quietly. Once he realized what he said he covered his mouth with his hand muttered a sorry.

Ej shook his head and said "it's ok Jeff I don't really care about telling people". Jeff nodded slightly before looking down. "How about this, I'll tell you later, so you don't feel overwhelmed". Jeff once again nodded.

The sound of the door could be heard before rapid footsteps could be heard along with and dogs barking. Masky, hoodie, and Toby stood at the entrance of the kitchen with a dog trying to break free. Once Jeff saw the dog he quickly stood up and walked over to the dog. "Here we go again" lulu said with a slight smile. "What do you mean?" They all asked besides ej. "Jeff loves animals, he can't help but help them, to my surprise even the most dangerous animals can't help but like Jeff" lulu said with a chuckle at the end.

Jeff crouched down to the dogs level. He was about to touch it but toby quickly said "be careful, it's very dangerous". Jeff looked up at Toby and back to the dog. Jeff studied the dog before touching it behind its ear.

The dog leaned its head into his touch. "I'll like this human, tell me what's your name human" the dog said shocking everyone but slender. Jeff rubbed the dogs fur before muttering "I'm Jeff, what's your name". The dog smiled and said "Well it's nice to meet you Jeff, I don't have a name". Jeff smiled lightly before quietly saying "is it ok if I give you a name". The dog nodded before rubbing its head on Jeff's hand.

"You look like you like smiling a lot, I'll name you.....smile dog, smile for short" Jeff said happily yet quiet. The dog now named smile, smiled happily and barked. "Toby, release smile" slender said. "But boss, he's dangerous" Toby said. Slender shook his head and said "he'll be fine, he's taken a liking to Jeff, I'm sure he won't hurt any of you". Toby nodded before releasing smile. "Well smile, welcome to the family" Toby said happily.

Smile dog nodded happily but soon smelled something. He walked over to the kitchen table and sniffed the cake. Jeff stood up and walked over to the table and sat back down. "You want a piece smile" Jeff asked quietly. Smile nodded and said "please". Jeff cut a piece of cake and put it on a plate and put it on the floor. Smile began eating the cake.

     "Hey, we want cake to" toby whined. BP smiled before saying "well there's still some left if you want some". The three nodded and walked over to the table.

    Everyone even Jeff was having a good time, it was nice and it was like a true family.
