Aina Chan is walking home in the dead of night, she is just returning from a midnight walk. Except for the fact it is around 3 in the morning. Aina has a past she wish she could just forget, at the age of 14 she has had more trauma than most people will have in their entire life. She doesn't talk much about it. Suki Moi on the other hand, she embraces her past. She has a happy life, except for one secret she is required to keep to her grave if she doesn't it could ruin her and her families life.
How could these two seemingly very different people, become best friends you may be asking yourself. Well it's a complicated story...
When they both were very young, around 5 in fact, they met each other at a wonderful small little park about 10 minutes away from where Aina lived. Suki lived about 10 minutes away as well. Suki really wanted friends so she went to talk to Aina,
"Hi! What's your name? I'm Suki"
Aina stopped kicking the dirt around. She looked at Suki.
"He-Hello..."
Suki seemed excited and thought she made a friend.
"What's your name?"
Aina didn't want to reply, but again she didn't want to be rude.
"A-Aina..."
Suki thought Aina's name was adorable.
"That's a really pretty name!"
Aina wanted to leave the situation, she decided to say she had to go home for lunch.
"I-I have t-to g-go hom-home for lu-lunch..."
Suki seemed sad but she wanted to walk Aina home. As soon as Aina got up and started leaving, Suki followed her.
"Hey I live down this way too!"
Aina finally came to her senses and started talking to Suki a little more.
"Co-Cool"
