Dress Shopping

It was freezing outside yet somehow my mom convinced me to go prom dress shopping. I really wanted a two piece. Mom said no at first but then she caved. We didn't find any at the stores so we went online to Buffy's Prom Dresses and I found one that I absolutely loved. Jeremy had already found a tux that had a blue bow tie and pocket square thing, and the dress I liked was blue so it worked out perfectly. We went to Buffy's to try on the dress, and I fit perfectly. We bought it then and there, it was expensive though. And by expensive I mean $500.00 USD. I loved it so much that mom bought it for me and told me not to tell dad. This is what my prom dress looks like.

We left Buffy's and I had to sneak in my window to hide my dress, then I snuck out my window and walked in the front door

"How was your day ladies?" Dad asked.

"It was good. We went dress shopping but didn't find one." I lied.

"Oh you have a date to prom?" Dad asked. Here we go. I had a feeling this was going to be one of those 10 things I hate about you Dad moments.

"Yes and I believe you have met him." I said

"Is it Chad because if he so much as touched you ever again I will rip his head off." He ranted on and on.

"No it's not Chad. We broke up a long time ago." I explained, "His name is Jeremy. He took my to see Endgame." I said.

"Okay fine but no kissing. I mean it." Dad said

"Yeah, Okay Dad." I said sarcastically. It's hysterical how he thinks he can stop teenagers from kissing. Hah! Okay Boomer.
