The next morning I woke up feeling refreshed as the bed that I now had was so much comfier than the one I usually slept in at the Orphanage. I slowly sat up and got dressed, choosing a pair of white shorts and a blue t-shirt. I then opened my bedroom door, only to find myself face to face with him.

My good mood was immediately dampened, so I just scowled at him and hurried along the corridor and down the stairs.

“Hey, wait up!” Reece called from behind me in his sexy voice. Wait. Sexy Voice? What the hell. He's a Jerk.

Yeah, a jerk.

A very hot jerk.

I ignored him and carried on walking. Sadly, he managed to catch up with me and so we walked silently together the rest of the way.

When we reached the kitchen, Carson, Clare and Harry were sitting around a table, eating breakfast. Carson and Harry were joking around whilst Clare was reading from a book.

I smiled at them, whilst Reece did that man handshake thing that all guys seem to know and use. I sad down next to Clare and poured myself a bowl of Coco Pops.

“So guys,” Carson spoke up, “What shall we all do today? We have the whole place to ourselves!” He stated excitedly.

“We could go swimming” Charlotte suggested, coming into the room.

“Yeah, sounds good” I agreed, and everyone nodded their heads in agreement.

So, after breakfast I trudged upstairs, agreeing to meet Charlotte in my room after 10 minuets.

I pulled on a blue and white striped bikini and a white sundress over the top. Since I had tan skin, white suited me. I heard a knock at the door, and called out “Come in!”

Charlotte wandered into my room in denim shorts and a white tank over a bright pink bikini. “Hey, you ready to go?” She asked, smiling at me.

“Yeah sure,” I smiled, grabbing my sunglasses. We walked down the stairs, and we were actually getting on really well. She was funny and seemed really nice.

We stepped out onto the Patio and wondered over to the deck chairs by the pool. Clare was already there, engrossed in some book. She seemed to read a lot and was quite shy.

“Hey Clare, you coming in the pool?” I asked her. She looked up at me, and grinned.

“Sure!”

“Great” Charlotte replied for me, just as Harry and Carson stepped out onto the porch. These boys were hot; both with toned chests and Harry had a clear 6 pack.

“Race you to the pool!” I screamed, running to the pool and bomb jumping into the pool.

The water was refreshing and cool and I heard 5 other splashes into the pool. Reece must have come at one point. I surfaced, taking a huge gulp of air – or so I thought. Instead of surfacing, I was dumped right back under the water! I coughed, choked, but however hard I tried, the person would not let me up.

Now, pausing the story for a second, there is something that you should know. I am asthmatic, and it is quite serious, so I always have to carry an inhaler around with me just in case. I know that whoever was dumping me underwater was doing it for a joke, and it was probably lasting no more that 5 seconds, but I can not be underwater for too long, and considering I had just swallowed some water, things were not looking good.
