Feelings (Nellis)

Chapter one

Nick POV 🍷

I woke up from my rarely deep sleep. Again a nightmare, it was hard to rest or sleep well, especially during a zombie apocalypse. I looked at my watch that was barely working. It was our only way to keep track of time. And by our i mean on my teammates. Well, let me tell you about them. There is a loud girl called Rochelle. A big and probably old guy named Coach. And the youngest in the group called Ellis. And holy shit is he annoying. He talks alot about his stories with Keith. And it gets on my nerves most of the time.

“Shoot me again, shoot me again i dare ya!” I Yelled. Another basic day. Well... a basic day to me. As usual Ellis wasn't watching where he was shooting. And thought i was a zombie. The bullet hit my shoulder. and Ellis started to ramble apologizes to me. But i just shrugged him off and replied with a basic
“Whatever”
The female pulled out her first aid kit.As she made sure my wound is clean and bandaged well. I glared at the youngest.

Ellis:“Im really sorry Nick, i didn't know yer were there. i thought yer a zombie”
He approached me. Hugging me, is this boy deaf? i told him when he first tried hugging me i don't like hugs. I pushed him away.
Nick:“Can you stop hugging me?! you know i don't like hugs! its getting annoying! I'll beat you bad next time you try to hug me!”
I Yelled out,growling. Ellis looked down. He wasn't usually upset, he would just shrug My words away. But lately he found it hard to. I noticed the transparent liquid now trickling down his cheeks. I let out a sigh.
Nick:“Look El.. Just.. don't hug me,okay? i don't like hugs..”
I told. I had a poker face on the whole time, i just wanted to comfort him, not by words, but by hugs. by cuddles. But Coach and Ro were there. and i don't want them to see my real feelings towards Ellis.
The male sniffled softly, nodding
Ellis:“ Okay... I'm sorry Nick..”
Nick:“ Its alright, cmon, let's go kill some zombies”
I tossed him his crowbar he lost when he ran to me.We were currently on our way to a gun store. They had all kinds of guns there. We jumped onto a bus. Getting down and continuing our walk. Until i heard Ellis yell out

Ells:“NOOOOOOOO!”
Nick:“What?! SMOKER!”

When i saw the smoker i felt anger rise inside of me. It was hurting Ellis. My Ellis. I shot it and caught Ellis since it dragged him pretty high up. He thanked me repeatedly

Ellis:Ohmigod Thank you, thank you, thank you , thank you-”
Nick:“No problem,heh... cmon now. Lets get going overalls.”

He blushed once he noticed i was holding him in my arms. I blushed slightly as well.But fastly put a poker face on and put him down. Letting out a little sigh of relief to myself. Luckily Coach and Rochelle didn't notice that i was holding him.
