《29 ~ Before the storm》

Zak Storm:
Cece and I fought Bones while the others worked on the skeletons that were also in the room.

I pressed Calabrass blade against the hook. My eyes went to my little sister, who was still being held by Skullivar.

Sora... please! Don't give in!

Suddenly we were all upset by a small blast. I pushed Bones away and saw Sora, breathing heavily, leaning on the ground. Then she gave Skullivar a chin hook and jumped back.

"Was that was all, greenface!", She screamed and came next to me. "Sora!". "How is it possible that you could defend myself against my strength!?" There was a smile on her face. "Let's put it this way...", she looked over at us.

"Friends make you stronger and together we are invincible!"

My eyes were beaming with joy and everyone from the crew stood in a fighting position.

Sora Storm:
"We can do it together," Zak called, and then the images of the vision came back to my head. It was like now...

"You won't win!" Skullivar called. Without hesitation I grabbed Calabrass from Zak's hands and rushed towards him. Bones wanted to attack me in the corner of my eye, but this time I had an advantage and put a leg on the gold face. He flew to the ground and I took care of the green face again.

"Eye of Aeria! Thunderbolt!". The transformed ax hit Skullivar and he was electrocuted. Before I could be happy, Bones crept in from behind and knocked Calabrass out of my hand. Then the strong grip grabbed my neck and I choked for air.

"Sora! No!!". My brother wanted to come to my aid, but then Skullivar shot an energy ball at my friends and threw them aside.

"You won't win the fight!"

He reached out to the machine and green lightning struck it. Then a kind of engine sounded and the devices started up.

"N-hrgh-Noo...oo..." I gasped, my hands wrapping around Bones' arm, my vision slowly becoming dim. I had to think of something else, otherwise I saw black for us.

My leg kicked the chest of Golden Bones and he groaned. I gasped immediately as he automatically dropped me to the ground. I ran to my brother and the others.

"Are you okay?" "Do we look like this!" It came from Calabrass. We looked over at the machine. "Caramba! Put it down!"

"You won't succeed," Bones laughed. "We had renewed the machine with your friend's technology so that it can't be switched off!"

Then Crogar drew his sword. "Crogar will break the machine!" "No!!" Caramba shouted. But then it was too late and our Viking got a load of electricity in their bodies.

"Crogar!". "Hrrr... Crogar needs... nap". Then he fell to the floor, passed out. "Great! We just missed that," Alan Gamble said and slapped his forehead. My eyes slid over to the two annoying skeletons.

"If we can't turn the machine off, we will defeat you here!" Zak shouted, putting himself in combat position with me and the others. "It will all end!" "We'll see!" Cece countered to him. "I will win! Once and for all!!"

My angry look darkened even more. "You won't!". Then the ruler of Netherwhere laughed.

"You are becoming more and more like her, Sora. Your look reminds me very much of her". I looked over at him in confusion.

"Wait! What!? Who is 'her'?!"

Skullivar just sent back a nasty grin. Suddenly he released a blast with his powers and we were all thrown out of the window into the outside.

We screamed for our lives. Zak whistled loudly and Clovis came flying towards with the chaos that caught us in time.

"We have to get up there immediately!!", Zak said and I saw the machine shoot large flashes into the sky of Vapir. A violent gust of wind appeared and when we just landed in the sea, everything around us trembled.

Then a bright beam of light appeared that blinded each of us. I just screamed before the dark tore the ground from under my feet.
