It all started the summer before 10th grade. I met my best friend. Her name is Chole. She's about 5'6 with long brown hair with a few blonde highlights in it. She's got big brown eyes and the best smile!
I'm MacKenzie; by the way, but you can call me Mac. I'm about 5'2 with long brown hair. I have greenish brownish eyes.
The first time Chloe and I talked we clicked instantly.
We've been best friends for about 10 years now.
It's summer 2024
There is a loud bang on the door.
Mac wakes up and checks the clock
"8:43 am. Ugh who could that be?" Mac groans.
She rolls out of bed and puts on her fuzzy pink slippers and goes downstairs to see who it is. She opens the door to see Chloe.
"What are you doing here?" Mac asks confusedly.
" Today's the day we leave for Okoboji, remember!!!" Chloe says as she shakes Mac.
" Oh yeah!" Mac shouts "Let me go wake up Ryan and the kids, we will be right out!"
She runs upstairs and pats her husband Ryan on the shoulder softly.
"Ryan, wake up we need to get the kids dressed and put all of our stuff in Chloe and Kegans car!" She says quickly
