Queen ~Avengers

Chapter 5

"So we gotta assume they're gonna attack, right?" Rhodes asked after they moved from the lab into the living room. No one has noticed me yet, maybe its because I'm in another dark corner.

Vision and Wanda explained how they were attacked by Thanos's goons trying to get the Mind stone from Vision to bring to Thanos. That was one of the reasons Destry killed Thanos, he was going to use the mind stone to try and gain control of her army for himself. But it seems like they don't know Thanos isn't a threat anymore.

"And they can clearly find us." Wanda says looking lost in her thoughts. Poor Wanda, I've heard many things about her from Pietro. But that is a story for another time.

"We need all hand on deck, wheres Clint?" Bruse says well asks.

"After the whole accords situation, he and Scott took a deal. It was to tough on their families on house arrest." Natasha says. Yea Scott is on 'house arrest'. That remind me I need to check in on him.

"Who's Scott?" Bruce asks.

"Antman."

"Theres an Antman and a Spiderman?" Bruce asks confused looking at Steve.

"Okay look Thanos has the biggest army in the universe and he is not gonna stop until .... he gets.... Visions stone." Bruce says hesitantly.

"Well then we have to protect it." Natasha says stepping forward.

"No, we have to destroy it." Vision says while looking out the window. Everyone turns to look at him.

"I've been giving a good deal of thought to this entity in my head." Vision says pointing to the Mind stone. "About its nature, but also its composition. I think if it were exposed to a sufficiently powerful energy source, something very similar to it's own signature perhaps, its molecular integrity could fail." He says walking closer to Wanda.

"Yea and you with it." Wanda says looking at him in disbelief. "We're not having this conversation." Shaking his head a little.

"Eliminating the stone is the only way to be certain that Thanos cant get it." Vision argues softly.

"That's to high a price."

"Only you have the power to bare it." Vision says cradling her head in his hands while looking into her eyes. Wanda pulls back and walks away from Vision.

"Thanos threatens half the universe, one life cannot stand in the way of defeating him." Vision says  trying to make his point across while trying to stay strong, because he knows how big of a risk it is. But I know I can get the stone out of his head without killing him.

"But it should." Steve says, shaking his head. "We dont trade lives Vision."

"Captain 70 years ago you laid down your life to save how many millions of people, tell me why is this any different." Vision says walking to Steve.

"Because you have a choice." Bruse cuts in, stepping forward. "Your mind is made up of a complex construct of overlays. J.A.R.V.I.S, Ultron, Tony, me, the stone. All of them mixed together, all of them learning from one another."

"Your saying Vision isn't just the stone?" Wanda asks hopefully. 'Yes that's what he's saying, but just know I thought of it first.' I think to myself.

"I'm saying that if we take out the stone theres still a whole lot of Vision left, but perhaps the best parts." He says looking at Wanda.

"Can we do that?" Natasha asks.

"Not me, not here." Bruce says shaking his head.

"Well you better find someone and somewhere fast. Ross isn't just gonna let you have your old rooms back." Rhodes says. Everyone thinks for a moment while I roll my eyes.

I walk out of the corner and to the nearest chair in sight, which was close to the corner and sit down. "Well this is nice."

Everyone tenses at the sound of my voice as they turn to look at me. I hear the soft 'click' makes me turn my head to the side, lazily.

"Before you can even take out that gun, blood will be gushing on the floor and it won't be mine." I say looking at Natasha and watching her gulp.

"Eliza." "Ms Queen." Vision and Banner say at the same time. Vision comes up to hug me, I hug him back.

"What...what are you doing here. How did you get in." Bruce stuttered.

"You dont need to know how I got in. But as for what I'm doing here, well I came to get that." I say pointing to the mind stone in the middle of Vision's forehead. "Out of his head."

"How do you know Vision?" Wanda asks slightly jealous of how close Vision and I were standing.

"I met him... well all you need to know that before J.A.R.V.I.S was combined with all this Vision he wasn't just in the tower and suit, but I met Vision when Sokovia went for a ride." I say, crossing my arms.

"What were you doing there?" Wanda asks.

"Stuff." I say absentmindedly. "But I didn't come here for a reunion." I say turning to Bruce.

"I need to take to you, but I dont have the time right now, but if you could go to the Sanctum on Friday we can talk there." I say, taking the sling ring out of my pocket and slipping it on my fingers.

"What if I cant make it." Bruce says discreetly looking at Natasha. I smile on the inside, ah love.

"Trust me, you dont want to miss this meeting. You can bring your friends."

I'm not sure about this chapter, I didn't know what to do with it. But I wanted my character to be shown as someone informative and head strong but also kind hearted. I hoped she came across as that in this chapter.
