I was walking up the driveway of Annabeth Jackson's house with a plate of cookies in my hands. I rang the doorbell "come in" someone yelled from inside the house, I opened the door and walked in, all of my friends from work were here except Victoria. Annabeth was having a dinner party with all of us from her work, we work at an architecture company she owns called "Athenian Architecture". Annabeth's head popped out and she walked out of the kitchen with a plate of blue cookies' " hey Kelsey" she said, "hi Annie why are the cookies blue" I asked? "Don't call me Annie and my husband has this thing with blue food and we always make blue cookies" she said. " Where is your husband" our friend Kate asked? Annabeth got a sad expression on her face "he joined the army last year and is still there" she said. Annabeth sighed then said "I'm going to go set the table okay I'll be back in a minute" then she went into the kitchen. The doorbell rang "somebody get that please" Annabeth talked from the kitchen. " I'll get it" I yelled back. I opened the door expecting it to be Victoria, but to my surprise it was a man, he had raven black hair with sea green eyes. He was wearing a white t-shirt and a black leather jacket that you could see his muscles in and pants, he had a black duffel bag slung over his shoulder. " who are you" he asked me, " I'm a friend of Annabeth Jackson's" I replied. " Kelsey if that is Victoria tell her to get her but in here and explain why she is so late" Annabeth yelled. As soon as the man heard her voice he stepped into the house, a second after that Annabeth walked out of the kitchen with another plate of blue cookies, she saw the man and her face went expressionless and she dropped the plate, which shattered and blue cookies went all over the floor. I looked back up at Annabeth and she had tears In her eyes, the man was smiling. Annabeth ran up to the man, hooked her arms around his neck, cried into his shoulder, and jumped up so her legs were around his waist. He just smiled, hugged her waist supporting her, and put his face in her hair. She was crying and mumbling things like " your home" and "your alive". After she was done crying she jumped down and kissed the guy on the lips. "Your back seaweed brain" Annabeth said. "I am wise girl, now let's talk about my blue cookies that are now all over the floor" he said and grinned a sideways grin. Annabeth laughed, like really laughed a laugh that was so full of happiness. "I love you seaweed brain" she said. "I love you too Wisegirl" the guy said. Annabeth turned around and saw us all with our mouths open and tears in our eyes. "Guys this is my husband Percy Jackson" she said her voice full of love, " now close your mouths or you'll catch flies" she said. She giggled and Percy laughed. Annabeth introduced us all and we all had dinner with the Jackson family.

And that is how I meet Percy and Annabeth Jackson.
