Aubrey's P.O.V

"I fucking hate school. Why do I go to school im literally going to be Queen as soon as I find my mate" I mumbled under my breath. Attempting to get out from under the covers was apparently a whole body task. I groaned as I realized it was already 7:26am.

"GET UP GET UP GET UPPPPP" I heard my little sister scream while she jumped on the bed, only yo realize I wasn't on there. I started giggling under my breath, before remembering who I am.

"BOO!" I screamed, and watched in amusement as my four year old sister ran out the door, like a real 'monster' was watching her.

I snapped out of my thoughts before jumping in the shower, humming to the song "Selfish" By Madison Beer.

I sighed as I remembered I would break up with my boyfriend today, he was the future gamma, but in three days, I will be turning the big eighteen. I don't need a boyfriend if im gonna find my mate.

The ride to Addy's house, my best friend, was boring until a certain blondy came out the door, obvious to be in a hurry. At first i was confused, as she never rushes before I remembered her birthday was tomorrow.

"Hey babes, put your stuff in the backseat like usual" I smirked, before putting the roof down and handing her a hair-tie.

"Thanks, Your always so prepared" Addy said, and kissed my cheek in a friendly manner. "I haven't seen you in ages! I think i got a grey hair from stressing over you!" She yelled over the music.

By the end of the song, we were in the parking lot screaming the lyrics at the top of our lungs. People were staring, but with a loud growl they all turned back to their business.

"We have got to hang this weekend girlie! Our birthday party is this weekend, itll be the biggest party of our lives!" Addy exclaimed.

"We need to get killer dresses, we'll go in two days, since it'll be Saturday." I mentioned before bringing up her birthday. "Your birthday is tomorrow babes, I have a hella fun idea planned too" I sent her a wink before handing her schoolbag to her.

We walking through the halls, with our chin up high. I have no reason to not have confidence. This school has over 3000 students, only around 1000 are humans.

I looked at Lily, who was called the schools slut, although I dont believe she should be called that. After all, it is her body her choice. She was a human, so she wasn't messing up anything mate wise.

I sent her a wink, and continued walking throughout the halls, we were fine with each other and me and Addy are apart of the few women who respect everyone here, unless we were given a reason not to.
