☁️Baby for a Day (fem! Reader x Izuku) pt. 1

Y/N POV

I slowly walked up to the villain that was holding a dangerous vile. Me and Izuku had managed to corner her in an alleyway.

"Please, ma'am. I need you to hand over the vile to the authorities." I stated calmly. The woman smirked at me.

"And why would I do that?" She asked. Me and Izuku had been on a patrol when we noticed a suspicious woman carrying a vile of some sort. We weren't sure what the vile was, but we knew the woman was a villain because of the latest news reports.

"Do it, and maybe this will go peacefully. We don't want a fight." Izuku said. The woman smiled villainously.

"Oh yeah? Is that so?"

"Yes, so please hand over the vile." I said, slowly approaching her. Izu slowly approached as well, getting ready to sprint if the villain decided to run.

"Last chance. Hand it over, or we will take it by force." He says. The woman still would not give. Just as I ran at her, she threw the vile at me. My quirk was instantly deactivated, and I began shrinking to the ground.

Midoriya POV

I whipped around as the vile was being thrown, watching as Y/N seemed to shrink towards the ground. The woman was also watching as well. I quickly grabbed her hand, throwing her into quirk-cancelling handcuffs. As I began walking back towards the entrance by the cops, a small voice squeaked from behind me.

"D-Deku?" The voice said. I whipped around to see what seemed like a smaller version of Y/N. The woman smirked.

"Have fun." She said as she was hauled away by the cops.

"Deku? Where am I?" She asked. I almosted screamed at how adorable she was. I ran up her and gave her a hug.

"Oh my God! Y/N, you're adorable!" I squealed. She started crying. "Oh, don't cry, Y/N!"

"I'm scared." She whispered. "Where's Kacchan?"

"Oh, Kacchan? He's back at the dorms."

"The...dorms?" She asked. I grabbed her hand. She's so freaking adorable! Just wait until the others see this! I thought to myself. Y/N, Kacchan, and I had been childhood friends growing up, so we were all pretty close when we were younger.

"This way. Don't you remember?" I asked. The small girl shook her head.

She probably doesn't remember anything from the last few years. But, she knew my hero name?

"I bet he'll be glad to see you!" I said. Y/N smiled slightly. Her tiny hand gripped my finger. As we walked back into the dorms, everyone was shocked to see how tiny Y/N was.

"Oh my God...don't tell me-" Bakugou said.

"Yep! She's baby Y/N !" I smiled. Y/N hid behind me as Ururaka and Mina started gawking over how cute she was. She gasped and ran behind me, gripping my costume. Y/N instantly ran to Bakugo, gripping his sweatpants.

"Hey! Get off me, you damn nerd!" Bakugou yelled. Y/N cowered behind him.

"I don't know them! They're scary!" Y/N said, clearly scared.

"How did this even happen?" Momo asked.

"We were patrolling and a villain threw a weird vile at her." I shrugged.

"She's so cute!" Mina said.

"We should find a cure. We have no idea how long this lasts." Jiro said.

"We gotta babysit this nerd now while you guys find a cure?" Bakugou whined.

"No, we'll all take turns. Mina, you take first watch. Midoriya and I will talk to Mr. Aizawa and Recovery Girl and find a cure." Momo said.

Your POV

I watched as Izuku walked outside with another hero. Trying to find a cure? A cure for what? Was I sick? I wondered.

"Hey, kid. Get off me now, would ya? Go over there by pinky." Kacchan said. I hugged his leg. Even if he was bigger than me for some reason, I didn't know anybody else here except Izuku, but he was leaving.

"I don't want to...please stay with me, Kacchan." I said, looking up at him.

"Bakugo, you jerk! How could you say no to that?" The pink girl asked. Kacchan shook his leg, causing me to fall onto my butt.

"K-Kacchan?" I asked. He glared down at me.

"Listen, kid. I have somewhere to go. I'll be back later, so go play with pinky until I get back." Kacchan said, ruffling my hair and walking away. He's so cool! I thought.

"Hi, Y/N! My name is Mina!" The pink girl said, taking my attention away from Kacchan. I walked up to her.

"Hi. What's your quirk?" I asked. She smiled widely.

"Well, my quirk is acid! I can shoot acid from any point of my body." She said.

"Wow, that's so cool! Can I see?" I asked. Just then, another person walked into the room. He had red and white hair with a burn on the left side of his face.

"Hey, Mina. Have you seen- what happened to Y/N?" He asked.

"She got shrunk by a villain." Mina said. I got shrunk? Does that mean I beat a villain?

"Did I beat the villain at least?" I asked hopefully. Mina smiled wide.

"You did beat the villain! You did such a great job! You were amazing!" Mina said, picking me up and twirling me around the room. I giggled as I spun in circles in Mina's arms.

"How did I beat the villain without a quirk, though?" I asked. Mina stopped, and the guy with the split hair looked at me.

"What do you mean, without a quirk, Y/N? You have a quirk." He said. I looked at him.

"No, I don't. The doctors told me I wouldn't develop one..."

"Damn, Todoroki! You made her sad!" Mina hissed. I hugged her tightly as tears fell down my cheeks.

"Can I still be a hero?" I asked. Mina smiled brightly at me.

"Oh, sweetie! You are a hero! And everyone here at UA is so proud of you!"

"Even Kacchan?" I asked.

"Even Kacchan! Todoroki too! We're all so happy you're here, Y/N!" Mina said. I beamed happily. I jumped down from her arms and ran to the guy with the split hair. I hugged him then took a step back and ran back to Mina. I hugged her and began running in circles around the room. I noticed that guy called Todoroki smiled. I ran back over to him.

"You should smile more! It's not good to frown! Even though I don't have a quirk, I still smile too! What's your quirk?" I asked him. He smiled.

"Well, young Y/N, my quirk is called half hot and half cold. I can make ice with my right side and shoot fire with my left." He said.

"Wow, that's so cool! You're as cool as All Might!" I yelled.

"Hey, Y/N. Would you like to go say hi to All Might?" Mina asked.

"Really? I get to meet him? He's the coolest in the universe! He's here?" I asked. Mina smiled.

"He's actually a teacher here at UA. Come on, I'll go take you to him." Mina waved me along.

"I'm coming with you." Todoroki said.

"Do you guys like All Might too? Isn't he awesome?" I said. I reached up for Mina's hand, which she let me hold on to. We began walking to a giant building shaped like a U. We walked over to a door, and Mina knocked.

"All Might? Are you in there?" Mina asked. I was bouncing I was so excited. "I have something for you!"

"Young Ashido, do come in!" All Might yelled. I walked in behind Mina, still holding her hand. I let go as my jaw dropped.

"It's you! It's really you!" I squealed.
