my name is clare I'm seventeen, a normal girl, i live in a log cabin in the woods with my dad who is always working. one day i went for my daily run, I tripped and ended up falling into a pond. When I opened my eyes I was submerged in the water. As I tried reaching the top of the pond a weird glowing symbol appeared above me.
It was very blurry due to the water in my eyes but it weirded me out "must of hit my head" I thought as I swam through the glowing blue symbol and reached the surface of the water. I gasped for air as I crawled my way out of the pond and collapsed onto my stomach gasping for air.
When I opened my eyes I was in a room, I glanced around and noticed everything was super shinny and made of gold or silver. The lights were on and the bed I was in was soaking wet, I slipped the blankets away and pushed myself out of bed. My legs wobbled but I held myself up.
"Oh my, miss you woke up already? How are you feeling?" I glanced over and saw a young girl about my age standing in the door way holding a basin "where am I?" I asked sitting back down on the bed "oh my brother found you out in the woods. We thought you might of gotten kidnapped from the village to be sold over seas so we brought you back to the manor to treat you for hypothermia" the young woman told me. "Thank you both for saving my life" I told her smiling "you were wearing some strange clothes so we brought you some, more suitable clothes for you" a maid walked in holding some very fancy dresses.
"Um, what year is it? I don't seem to remember anything" I lied I was just really confused about what was going on. "Oh dear you must of hit your head! I'll call for a doctor right away. Oh it's the year of the phoenix" the lady said leaving the room in a rush to call on a doctor for me. "Shit, this is kinda like the books my friend clove reads. I've been thrown into an unknown world, everything is so different from my home world." I thought as the maid showed dresses.
