I Can't be the One for You

The Launching Night was over just after the fireworks display. Asher walked with Alisa along the road heading for the bus station. Asher waits with her until the bus will arrive.

"You should also go now, you don't have to walk me home" Alisa said

"It's not like I'm not allowed to" he replied

"My bus is here..." Alisa added "I'll go now, see you"

Alisa rushes into the bus... A moment later, she was startled as she noticed that she entered the wrong bus. Alisa immediately stepped out the bus.

Asher already went home and went to sleep.

The Next Day

Asher went to a department store to buy something for early morning hot coffee drink, at the counter he saw a hangover remedy tablet so he thought of Alisa might need it so he bought it. He went to Alisa's place and waited outside until Alisa went out.

"Ehh? What are you doing here?" she asked to Asher

"Take this" he handed over the hangover tablets

"I haven't drink a lot last night, lets share it on half" she said

Axel was at home and he was getting ready as he was said to be going to the airport. Without anyone knowing, their mother is going home for some matters. Axel rides with a black business class sedan and a chauffer to pick their mother from the airport. It was a deafening silence as they went straight to the company. After a long traffic they arrived at the company as everybody was in formal and casual welcoming the arrival of the president of the company. Their mother, Ms. Sue is a classy woman and very scary to approach with. She never talked with anyone casually and she was bossy and strict even from before then. Ms. Sue went to the CEO's office and waited for Asher. It already took almost an hour but Asher wasn't still at the company so Axel called him over the phone...

...Phone rigning...

"Axel..." he answered

"Mother is already at the office, she's waiting for you. You must come here immediately" Axel said

Asher hangs up the phone as he was nervous looking at Alisa because he already knows why her mother went back here; to settle the arrange marriage.

Asher arrived at the company with Alisa. He immediately went to his office to see Ms. Sue and Axel.

"Why are you so late? Do you think being the CEO of the company is just games for you?" Ms. Sue said to Axel

"Anyways, I came here to tell you about your marriage" she added

"But..." Asher tried to speak but he didn't had the chance

"I guess Axel already told you about it?" she added "Right Axel?"

"Don't make another mess anymore, you know already the consequences." Ms. Sue added

Asher said , "I'm not a child anymo..."

"You!... are old enough to understand everything what I've said" Ms. Sue said

Alisa overheard everything from the office since her cubicle was next from them. She felt burden after hearing over Ms. Sur that Asher will be married to another woman. Ms. Sue went out of the office as she notices Alisa, they had eye-to-eye contact for a moment and Ms. Sue continued to walk away along with the guards.

Asher came to Alisa but, she avoided him and walked away.

At night

Alisa went outside for a walk until she ended up to the same place where she comes every time she's crying way back in her college days.
