•Chisaki, All for One, and Izuku are patriarchal tyrants for an organization called the Underground; made up of society’s most elusive vigilantes.
• The Underground works in three branches, formerly 4. Sensei holds supreme authority over the Underground, and works as the supreme overlord.
° Chisaki is in charge of the Underground’s armies, as well as expanding their organization.
° Izuku leads the diplomatic branch of The Underground, but has rejected his duties as a leader to mourn over the loss of Chizome (Stain).

Hawks was ecstatic. Long months of deep and undercover work had finally gotten him a personal, face-to-face, meeting with one of Musutafu’s underground patriarchal leaders. Of course, his expertise had landed him an interview with Deku, known as an emotional dictator.

Hawks thought that the name was contradicting, seeing as how the information he was given painted him more than useless. Deku was a key part of the underground society, as he enforces the rules of their leader.

Though, Hawks was unimpressed by the levels of jobs that Deku’s branch took on. They seemed to be more of pity than actual crime. Nevertheless, he had to take what he could get. He worked far too hard to land a conference, and he’d be damned if he backed out now.

He stood at the corner of one of the taller buildings, gazing at a building wedged between some of the scummiest stores he might have ever seen. Hawks had to admit how clever the building was placed. Despite it being smack in the center of Main Street Musutafu, it hid behind the large billboards and the lights added to the blinding sensation.

From across the street, he noticed a small entrance that led into the building. It would certainly be more convenient, but it also would be riskier. Deciding he was too young to die, Hawks quickly, but quietly, glided down towards the entrance. The city was bustling, but thanks to the cover of night, much of him was obscured from view. Despite his damn wings.

The entrance to the building looked standard, mostly made of glass with a black frame. A sign hung above the glass doors, ‘Building NOT OPEN to the public.’ Would he count as the public? Or was he able to enter without being harassed?

Hesitantly, Hawks entered the premises and...ew. The windows on the outside reflected nothing to what the lobby looked like inside. Decals. The vestibule was...shameful to say the least. It was dirty, cold, a tap was dripping, and it stank like Victoria Secret.

“Mr. Keigo?”

Hawks turned around swiftly, automatically stacking into a defensive stance, much to a figure’s annoyance, and somehow bored expression, “You’re 3 minutes late to your meeting with my clarity.”

Clarity? What was this?

“Mr. Keigo?” the woman had a sneer on her face, replacing her once solemn expression, “Are you ready?”

“U-Uh, yeah!” Hawks sputtered quickly, taken aback by the woman’s sudden change in tone.

The woman hums, “Mm. You may call me Himari. I will be your personal tour-guide until further instruction.” She offers a deep bow, that she pulls off so gracefully.

“Er-yeah. Sure.” Hawks looked at quizzically, “Can you take me to my meeting?”

“Of course, your brilliance,” Himari said in her intoxicatingly praising voice, “Follow me.”

Himari led him through a much more illuminated hallway, and much nicer than the lobby. It was definitely wider, modern, along with a mix of black to pull everything together.

“What is this place?” Hawks’ curiosity had taken over, and he couldn’t help but admire the natural patterns made by the strategically placed tiles.
