Chapter 4

Elisa really kept to time, ten minutes later she was here, yelling for me to come downstairs since I went back to my room to wash my face. She didn't notice that I cried, it had been long since it was 2pm already, time really flew fast. We said goodbyes to my aunt, and off we went. The restaurant was indeed beautiful, she asked what I would have, I told her I wanted Vanilla ice cream and  pizza, I gave her my cash, while she went to order I looked for a suitable spot for us. Minutes later, she brought the goodies, I loved Vanilla flavor so much. She ordered the same thing I did. We ate in silence, but give it to Elisa to disturb this glorious moment. She wanted to talk to me, so I stopped and waited for her to tell me what was on her mind, she told me she was so sorry for not informing me earlier and that she was a bad friend for not seeking advice, but why was she moody all of a sudden, she was excited over the phone, so why the sudden change?. I touched her hand while looking at her and assuring her that I would support her in her every decision, although if it was bad I would tell her immediately. After few seconds of sickening silence, she finally spoke up, and guess what? she was officially Mike's girlfriend, they were dating now. I was so so happy for her, I quickly hugged her, I knew they liked each other but in a relationship at this time? Hell no, it came as quite a surprise for me, I really wished her the best. Although our excitement couldn't last long, as her ex boyfriend Jason entered the restaurant, together with his gang members, when did my best friend decide that this guy would be her lover? I wondered to myself, of a truth he was a  handsome guy, but had a very bad personality. Elisa always had a thing for the bad guys, but he's own type of bad was very poisonous and dangerous for her, well that relationship was over and another new chapter had opened. I noticed Jason and his puppets ( I liked calling them that) were coming towards our table with smirks on their face , I already had a bad feeling it was our table. 20 seconds later the almighty Jason was at our table, waiting for us to bow. I quickly held my friend's hand, her face had turn pale, why? I couldn't really tell. Elisa quickly rose up from her chair, so fast that I couldn't decipher . I stood up too, along side with her. The almighty bad Fowl, Jason spoke up then, he was actually talking to me
" So, you chicken had the mind to turn my girlfriend against me? Do you know who I am? He spoke, I just starred at him pondering on what to say, then I spoke up,

" And you almighty fish, had the mind to approach me? why the hell are you blaming me for your stupid mistakes, you couldn't even apologize sincerely to your ex girlfriend because of your stupid ego, and you blame me? "
The words took him by surprise, because I was that girl that was quiet in class, did my home works, scored good grades, receive praises from my teachers and all, avoided trouble but I wouldn't take insults, not from him or anyone. I stood for myself and the people I loved, when I needed to.
I could hear snickering from his puppets, they were really amused by my words and bravery, but as soon as Jason turned to them, their face had become serious again. I feared this guy, he was dangerous and did a lot of bad things, but at this particular time, I wasn't gonna keep quiet, I wasn't. I wanted to sit down, as a sign for them to leave, but Jason beat me to it, he took the chair and threw it to the far end of the restaurant, by now we had grew a very wonderful audience, I wish I had that type of Audience in my business page Drezzbuzz. I almost smacked my face , I was in a bad situation, yet I was thinking of my business page? I almost laughed at myself, but it would make everything more awkward for me. When I came back to reality, Elisa was close to him and the next thing I heard was a slap , a slap to Jason's cheek. I was surprised that my own best friend could do that, I knew she was the talkative type and could be tough when she wanted to, but she slapping Jason shook me because she had a very soft spot for him , he was her everything, she truly loved him. She was gonna cry soon if she didn't have control over herself, I quickly rushed to her side and held her by get shoulders, to which she was grateful for, just then she spoke up " Don't you dare disrespect my friend, just because we were mutual lovers, don't you dare. You had no shame, when you cheated on me, you disgusting pig" At the sound of this, Jason was seeing red, he held up his hand in an attempt to slap her, but a hand , a strong hand held him tight and when I looked up it was Mike. The relief on my face was so evident, Mike was not angry , he was extremely furious, I would have sworn I saw a smoke-like breeze coming out from his head. Before me or Elisa could register anything he had already punched him hard to the ground, I could already see blood, oh no. His puppets made their way towards mike, only then had I realized that Mike wasn't alone, he was with a guy who looked so much like him, I could tell they were brothers. And punches flew, but they rarely hit Mike or his brother's face, they were extremely strong. Some of our audience had already started leaving the hall, while others stood watching like they enjoyed the show, some even started videoing the scene before us, these people were sick, they couldn't even help in the situation. After 2 minutes of exchanging blows, although I didn't think one blow touched Mike or his brother, they were strong and very fast, I had to give them 100/10 they were just too good. The manager who was in his late 50s came inside the room, he's face had the one of fear,shock, confusion,it was a mixture, but when he say Mike, he's tension was gone. Before he could say anything, Mike walked towards him, explained the situation to him, although I couldn't really hear them very well but I knew with what he said the man became so relaxed and slowly bowed his head to him and left , but not without giving a glance to Elisa, smiling softly to her and asking the security guys to take the almighty ......... you can help me complete that and his puppets to the hospital. The workers had begun cleaning, I even helped them pick up the chairs , while my friend Elisa was standing still shocked, I went to her and hugged her tight, reassuring her everything was fine and that she needed to calm down. When Mike turned into our direction, his eyes were directed to Elisa , they was an  emotion in his eyes....... sadness . She ran to him, to which he welcomed her with an embrace, saying sweet soothing words to her. By now our audience, had gone back to what they were doing before the incidence, the place looked liked nothing happened, kudos to this restaurant. Mike went to order ice creams for us, he said it would relieve us and I didn't really mind taking another cup, since I wasn't half way my cup earlier and that dude and his puppets wasted it all. I kept on reassuring Elisa, that everything would be fine, she had calmed down and we began having a normal conversation. When Mike came back, he sad down beside Elisa and just then I decided to play naughty . I cleared my throat, gaining their attention and then I spoke " my brother in-law couldn't even tell me about the ....... well I won't wake any further statement" I said. Elisa and Mike understood what I was saying  and started laughing, but I didn't. Mike then apologized and told me he would have , if Elisa didn't beat him to it, not that I had an issue with it, I was just pulling their legs . After about 10 minutes of talking, we had to go home since it was getting late and I promised my aunt, I'd come back home early. We got to the parking lot, I stood there shocked . His car was one of the most expensive cars in the world, I could tell because I was a lover of cars , the name of his car was

Mike and Elisa saw my reaction and there began laughing at me, oh my if I said I was not amazed. I was brought back to reality when Elisa shook me hard. I would have really loved to ride with them especially that type of car, but Elisa's car couldn't stay at the restaurant, which means I had to drive it to my home, besides I didn't want to disturb both lovers. I said goodnight to both my friends, not before whispering to Elisa saying "Be a good girl", but I think Mike heard me since I could see him smiling, how could that be possible, I said it so slow, maybe am just exaggerating how my voice was low. They waited for me to drive off before they did too. When I got home, I knocked softly not wanting to draw so much attention or disturb my neighbors since it was already dark.
