It was about 2am and i still couldn't get to sleep, it was already hard enough falling asleep because my mom sent me to bed early because i was yelling at Aiden. I apoligized but a simple 'im sorry' wasn't gonna change her mind.

I kept moving around in bed, left side to right trying to get comfortable.

Until my phone beeped
Which was strange because ever since me and Tyliana broke up my phone has been dry as hell.

i picked it up and unlocked it and read the message, it was from Tokyo.

Tokyo: Idk if your awake but when u seee this please give me a call.

what does Tokyo want from me?
we haven't spoken since the beginning of the school year.
he could be tryna start some bullshit.

I called Tokyo and put the phone on speaker, i closed my door and locked it so no one could hear.

"Hey Jah" Tokyo Said

"What Are You Doing Up, Tokyo" I asked

Im not sure what it is but i think he lack of sleep i've been having is kinda ruining my relationships, but i wouldn't just put lack of sleep as the official cause though.

"Nothing, much the usual" Tokyo answered

"Why'd you text this late in the night" I asked

"Because, Miliana said she had a crush on you" Tokyo Said

"Stop Playin, she probably still fuckin with Jacquees" I said

"Nah dude, i heard they were on good terms but they ain't going out" Tokyo said

"Ok whatever, whats so important about this you couldn't wait until tomorrow" I asked

"What Do You Mean, Whats Important im telling you now so you don't be looking crazy in the morning" Tokyo said

"Ohhh" i said sarcastically "it sounds like to me your the one who likes Miliana"

"nah..dude, she way too much of a hoe for me" Tokyo said

"And Besides in spite of all the crazy and fucked up shit that been happening lately, your the only true friend i have" Tokyo added

"You Got Stokeley, but he's been under some heavy shit recently" I said

"I heard, its not his fault tho" Tokyo said "I Think Tinashe was just desperate for the D"

"Me too, and now she talking about moving out her house and all that shit like stay the fuck inside with you pregnant ass" I replied jokingly. As soon as i did it i felt sorry.

"Dude Chill, she's only 15" Tokyo said

"Better start a gofundme account, child support doesn't pay themselves" I said laughing

"Ya'know maybe we could actually start one so we could help them afford a new house" Tokyo said "i'd be a really nice thing to do"

I Facepalmed, the idea seemed nice but you gotta look at the big picture who in their right mind is gonna donate money to help a pregnant teenager.

"How About You Do That, I'm not really good at fundraising'' I lied

"Bro, your on the road to fame & fourtune, your gonna have to donate that money to someone...."Tokyo said

im not sure if he was but i could sense that he was smirking while tryna to convince me.

"Plus Tinashe + Stokeley would really apprieciate it" Tokyo said

"Thats What you think" I Said Sharply "If I know Stokeley he'll spend a decent amount of money on a tiny ass apartment and spend the rest of the money on clothes and other bullshit"

"Ok thats Stokeley but what about 'Nashe" Tokyo asked using her weird ass nickname

"I don't even what the hell she gon' spend that shit on, but i do know that a fundraiser is a waste of money and time" I said

"Stop Being So Negitive, im sure that if we convince them to use their money in a wise way they'll make good use of every penny" Tokyo said

His voice sounded so happy and uplifting almost as if he himself was actually tryna cheer me up.

"Aye...uh Tokyo, How are things going with you lately, like i know you don't have a lot of friends but hows your homelife been" I said

"Its Been Alright, I guess why you ask" Tokyo said

"Just curious" I lied "no matter what goes down in & out of school you still the one who hasn't changed up"

"You Know Why" Tokyo asked "Because im honestly tryna get away from these niggas"

"Whatchu mean?" I acked

"I mean like, i know in the past i said i wanted to be like them but based of from all thats been going on, i'd rather stay myself" Tokyo said

"i was wondering how long it was gonna take for you to realize" I said

"You Knew?, why didn't you tell me" Tokyo asked

"i didn't wanna i figured you'd make the right decision if you realize it on your own" I said

"Oh...thanks, honestly i kinda blame stokeley for agreeing to let me make a huge change to myself knowing that being like the crowd was a bad idea" Tokyo said

"Don't blame him because if Stokeley would just open his goddamn eyes and see what a filthy nation this is he would've told you not to do it at the start" I said

"Haha you are right" Tokyo Said " Well its getting late so i'll see you at school tomorrow"

"Yeah, me too" I answered.

I hung up the phone and looked at the time which read 3:15am.

After That Phone Call I wasn't sure if sleeping was even an option anymore.

I layed back down in bed and tried to go to bed, i kept tossing and turning as usual until i suddenly started wondering about that fundraiser Tokyo was doing it actually seemed like a good idea but im usually not the type to do something nice like that. Not saying im mean its just i felt that Tinashe made the wrong decision to let Stokeley do that to her.
