Extra:she has a condition called Cold urticaria Cold urticaria (ur-tih-KAR-e-uh) which causes a skin reaction to cold that appears within minutes after cold exposure. Affected skin develops reddish, itchy welts (hives). People with cold urticaria experience widely different symptoms. Some have minor reactions to the cold, while others have severe reactions. Angela reactions are severe and she isn't allowed to go to ice skating rinks or outside during Winter.
Backstory:Angela had a normal first few years of life but when she turned 9. She went to go see her brother Ice skate and started feeling sick and her parents noticed a severe rash and they had to rush her to the hospital. Which they had found out Angela had Cold Urticaria. She didn't like it and she wanted to watch her brother Victor and a newly made friend Yurio do skating in person and not on video. I'll add more later when I am not busy
