Vidcon part 1

Description: Ashley wins a chance to go to VidCon and when she gets to go she meets the love of her life.

Ashley's Pov:

My sister and I were on our way to VidCon. Last month they were holding a contest to see who would win a ticket to come here and i didn't know if I would win or not but on my birthday my family surprised me by telling me that I had won two tickets and I had to choose who to go with me and I chose my sister because I knew my mom or dad wouldn't be able to go or my brother so i chose my sister. We just made it to the place where VidCon is held. "You ready Ash?!" Stephanie asked excitedly after opening the car. I nodded my head in excitement "I'm so ready!! Ever since I found out about Collins and Devan I really wanted to come here!" I said happily looking up at the building in awe. Stephanie smiled at me "Well let's get in there! You don't want to miss Collins do you?!" Stephanie asked and looked at me in excitement. "Absolutely not! Let's go!" I said walking forward as my sister did. We walked up to the door and we had our tickets scanned "Alright ma'ams y'all are free to go in!" The security guard said letting us through. "Thank you sir!" My sister and I said in unison.  When we walked in I immediately scanned the area to look for Collins and there were lots of people there. Me and my sister looked at each other "Wow that sure is a lot of people!" I said looking to my sister chuckling. "Yes there is!" Stephanie said laughing. "You can go look around if you want I'm just going to stay over here for a bit" Stephanie said smiling at me. "Are you sure? I dont want to leave you by yourself" I asked raising my eyebrow. "Yeah of course! I'll come meet you or just text me if you end up seeing Collins or something" Stephanie said winking at me. I chuckled "Alright!" I said.

I was walking to the main area where all the people were when I accidentally bumped into someone "Oops I'm so sorry!" We both said in unison and i thought the voice sounded familiar so I slowly looked up "O-oh it's fine!" I said shyly looking up at him and I was trying not to fangirl because I didn't want to scare Collins away or anything. "Are you ok? I really didn't mean to bump into you I was watching where I was going!" Collins said looking at me to make sure he didn't hurt me or anything. "No no you didn't hurt me it was just me not watching where I was going" I said blushing in embarrassment. Collins smiled that beautiful smile that usually stopped my heart whenever I would see his smile in pictures. I suddenly lost my breath because I realized that he looked so much more gorgeous in person. "Are you sure your ok? you look like you just seen a ghost or something" Collins said jokingly and I giggled "Oh no it's just that I'm kind of a fan of yours haha" I said blushing even more. Collins eyes lit up in happiness "Really?! Wait what's your name?" He asked curiously. "My name is Ashley" I answered smiling at him. "Wait are you Ashley Shaffett?" Collins asked in both curiosity and happiness. I gave him a confused look "Yes I am why?" I asked in confusion as to how he would know that. "Oh! Well i was just wondering because I see a lot of your post on Instagram but I never get the chance to comment or dm you" Collins said his blue eyes suddenly sparkling and I was at lost for words "You mean you have seen my page a lot I mean I know you liked some of them but I didn't know you see them all!" I said suddenly embarrassed because I had a huge obsession with Collins. "Well of course!" He said smiling at me brightly. I looked down in embarrassment because he saw how obsessed I was with him on my Instagram. I felt Collins hand lift my chin up "Aww hey you don't have to be embarrassed I really appreciate your support and kindness towards me although I really don't deserve it" Collins said smiling at me and I suddenly wondered why he said he didn't deserve that. "Why did you say you don't deserve that? Collins you deserve the whole world and you deserve so much support and love you really do" I told him looking into his eyes. Collins smiled at me and suddenly brought me into a hug "I just want to tell you Ashley that everything you post and tag me on i really appreciate it so so so much and you don't have to be embarrassed by it and you don't seem obsessed with me at all you just seem like you really really care about me and I appreciate that so much" Collins said pulling back from the hug looking into my eyes. I smiled up at him he really was tall in real life like I thought he would be. "This is such a dream come true for me I'm so glad I came here because I got to meet you" I said still looking into his beautiful eyes. He smiled back at me his eyes glowing from happiness "You are such a sweet girl Ash you really are and I'm so glad to have a fan like you in my life" Collins said smiling fondly. I looked down and my heart fluttered from his words "Thank you" I said brushing my hair behind my ear. He again brought my chin up "And you are extremely beautiful babe" Collins added and this absolutely made my heart flutter "Thank you so much" I said smiling at him. He suddenly brought out his phone "Hey i want you to have my number so we can talk more." Collins said looking at me. I was taken aback when he asked for my phone number "Wait you want my number? I asked in shock "Yes of course I do! Why wouldn't I?" Collins asked me raising his eyebrow. "It's just that i didn't think I would ever get the chance to meet you or talk to you in person" I said looking at him. His eyes softened more "Aww well I want to keep in touch with you because I would like to talk to you more and get to know you more" Collins said putting his hand on my shoulder. I shivered from the touch because his hand was soft. I nodded at him and gave him my number and then he gave me his. "Thank you I will text you when I get home so you know that it's me" Collins said smiling at me reassuringly and i nodded at him "Alright! Me and my sister are staying in a hotel tonight because we drove in from Louisiana" I told him. He nodded in understanding "Oh ok! I could also come visit you guys at your hotel before you leave if you want me to?" Collins asked. "You don't have to do that if you don't want to" I said looking at him. He shook his head "It's not problem I would be really happy to come by and visit!" He said excitedly. I nodded "Alrigh-!" I said but got interrupted by a text from my sister.

Sis💗- Are you ok? You didn't get lost did you? 😂🤗
Me: No lol 😂 you won't believe this but I met COLLINS KEY!!!
Sis💗- Oh my gosh! Really?!
Me- Yes!! If you want to come find us we are over by the stairs. 😊
Sis💗- Alright! How did you meet him?!
Me- Well it's funny because I was just walk down the stairs and I bumped right into him! 😂💙
Sis💗- Aww haha well I'll be over there soon! I was talking to some people also 😊
Me-Ok well if we need to go or anything just come get me or if you want to come meet us you can!
Sis💗- Alright! Love you girl! (Mrs. Key 😉💙) 😘💙
Me- Love you too sis! 😘💙🤗

When I put my phone back into my purse I looked up to see Collins had stood over to the side talking to some people I waved at him to signal that i finished texting. Collins nodded smiling "Do you have to go?" He asked in disappointment. I smiled and shook my head "No my sister wanted to make sure I'm ok" I said smiling up at him. Collins smiled in relief "That's good" He said

*Skip to later*
Me and Collins were now downstairs and he was introducing me to his friends. I felt a tap on my shoulder and I looked back to see my sister standing there "Hey Steph!" I said smiling at her making Collins look over at us. "Hi Ash!" Stephanie said smiling at us. "Collins this is my sister Stephanie Stephanie this is Collins" I said introducing them to each other. They smiled at each other.

It was a little while later I was starting to get tired a little bit and I didn't mean to or realize that I had out my head on Collins shoulder until he put his head on mine. "Oh sorry i didn't mean to do that" I said going to move my head. Collins chuckled "No no you can leave it there if you want to" Collins said smiling down at me fondly and I could see Stephanie looking at us in fondness "My sister finally met the person she dreamt of meeting" Stephanie told Collins. He looked down at me and then back at Stephanie "Well I'm glad you brought her here because it was really fun meeting her." Collins said putting his arm around my shoulder. Stephanie smiled at that and I blushed.

*It was now 9 o'clock*

My sister and i were getting ready to leave. I stood up "I guess its time for us to leave now" I sadly said looking at Collins who suddenly got a sad look on his face also. "Aww ok i'll text you tonight when i can" He said standing up as well. I smiled at him "Alright! I'll text you back!" I told him. "It was nice meeting you!" Stephanie told Collins. Collins smiled at her "It was so nice meeting you guys also!" Collins said smiling at us and I hugged him tightly.
