Torchwood: the service to save the world from aliens, based in Cardiff. Well, it had many bases, but Cardiff was the most recent one. Torchwood was created by Queen Victoria when she meet the Doctor and the werewolf. After what happened, she created it and the Doctor was made an enemy of the Crown.
Jack, on the other hand, met the Doctor with the empty children and traveled with him. But after the battle on Satellite Five, he got killed and brought back to life by Rose. The Doctor left him behind. Jack traveled back in time and joined Torchwood, creating the Cardiff base with his new team: Gwen, Owen, Tosh, and Ianto; they fought many monsters over the years.
Then one day he heard the TARDIS and ran to it and they traveled to the far future, seeing a ship that was going to Utopia. The Doctor had changed since they met and then he met Martha and asked about Rose after what happened with the Cybermen and Daleks. He told him what happened and they met the Master once again and defeated him. It was not easy but they finally did and he went back to his team once more.
A lot had happened. Owen and Tosh died, sadly by Jack's brother's hand and the team was alone once more. Then they came the planet with Daleks and he met everyone and they helped take the Earth back to its normal place. He walked away with Martha and he was back to his team again. Then Ianto was killed and it was just him and Gwen then. Then came the day no one died; they had to fight evil once more. After that, he stole a ship and beamed up. The Doctor's new companions told them what to look out for and he vanished, not meeting the Doctor. Now he was back in Cardiff with Gwen by his side and they were still alone. But it was time to meet the Doctor again to fight evil. Who is behind this evil plot? Let's find out.
~~~~ ~~~~ ~~~~ ~~~~ In the TARDIS, the Doctor was with Yaz after what happened. Graham and Ryan had left the TARDIS and headed home. It was hard to say goodbye to them, but Yaz wanted to travel with the Doctor as she wanted more in life, and plus she felt something for the Doctor. Being with her, she felt free. The Doctor smiled at her, putting her hands in her pockets. She could not help but blush at Yaz's smile.
"So Yaz. Where to next?"
"Um, how about Cardiff? Always wanted to see the place."
Yaz grinned as the Doctor looked at her with shock. She had not been to Cardiff for ages and going back was going to be hard. She had some good times there with Rose and Jack. Yaz noticed she was frozen to the spot and she touched the Doctor's shoulder, trying to get her out of her memory. A tear was forming in the Doctor's eye.
"Doctor? You OK, Doctor?"
"Hmm...? Yes, sorry. Cardiff. Let's go."
She got out of her memory and pulled the lever, causing the TARDIS to fly through space.
Above Earth, hidden from the planet was a long ship, its metal plating that covered it shining in the blankness of space.
Inside was like a palace— knights by every door and maids walking 'round, one of them knocking on a door. It opened to reveal the Master, his black hair and long robe covering the doorway. He smiled and let her in as she placed the plate to the side for him.
"Thank you."
She bowed to him and walked off while he looked at what he got. A letter was on it. He frowned and opened it up, beginning to read it and wonder who it was from.
Dear Master,
I am back and I want help you with your revenge on the Doctor. I will come to you and we can discuss our plan. I am in your service.

He smiled and closed the letter, heading out the door to the throne room where Cyber-Time Lords were. He remembered when he created them out of bodies of his people: he felt happy and he did not feel any sympathy for them. But after the planet was destroyed, they hid in a ship and flew away and now he was king and with his army. He would take revenge on the Doctor once and for all.
