Can't

The bell rings. Finally, I can leave this room usually I like going to art but having Rell and Chasity accompany me wasn't what I expected. Chasity was talking to Rell the whole time and he was just ignoring her the whole time. Of course, Chasity sat at my table because she saw Rell, who is actually well known at our school. That's probably why she helped me in the hallways because, she saw Rell sit next to me. She must be trying to get to him by talking to me. I grab my stuff and head out of the room so fast, I was the first one in the hallways.

I hear Chasity call out, "Bye" to Rell as she follows me in the hall. I don't care because I know for a fact she'snot in my next class, AP English. She may be in advanced art but I doubt she's in advanced everything. I keep walking hoping she doesn't try to talk to me. Lucky for me, she catches up and says, "So, maybe I can sit with you at lunch with you and your...friends." She twirls her shiny black curl from her bangs. "You know you, Rell.. you're friends." She starts smiling. I knew this was too good to be true, it's time to call her out on her bluff "Do you want to sit with me or Rell? Because, we don't even sit at the same table show if you want to sit with him there would be no point in including me at all. Bye!" I keep walking hoping she fails to keep up this time but she just won't give up! "Aw, are you jealous?" She asks.

This time I actually turn around to face her, "Look, I barely know you and honestly you're not that special. Not really special at all so why would I randomly want to sit with you or even consider being jealous of a girl who's too scared to shoot her shot?" I turn back around leaving her standing there as students start to flood the halls.

I'm on time to English and I see Rell who's not even in this class sitting next to my everyday seat. I look around to see if I'm in the right class. Everyone who's usually in this class is sitting where they always do. "Please, take a seat, Mr. Freeman." Mrs. James calls out to me taking off her glasses and folding her arms. I awkwardly sit in my seat scorching away from Rell. What the hell is he doing here? He has never been in any of my classes. Come to think of it the only class we have together is art. What was he doing in my first period? I turn to him looking confused and he immediately looks at me back.  "What are you doing here? And, how come you sat next to me in homeroom when-"

"I'm not even in that class" He finishes for me. Okay? So he''s aware he's sorta kind of stalking me. "Don't worry. I'm not stalking you or anything.." Aren't you though? "I have been offered to come into advanced classes due to my rapid increase of A's in my report cards over the years." Over the years? I stand corrected. Wait, this still doesn't explain why he's been in all of my classes. No one's supposed to have the same schedule or at least that's what Principle Wilson promised at the beginning of last semester. "Are you in all of my classes, then. That would be impossible." I whisper so I don't get called out again. He nods, "Duh, I asked to have the same schedule as Khalil Freeman because of the Project S." He said.

That makes more sense, Project S is this big project for sophomores and seniors when you can pair up with any group of four to do this project. No one know's about the project until the school reveals it on a certain day and the project usually begins with 'S' but it is never for sure. The only thing for certain is that you need to help someone in need. "Me, you, Reid, and charity are the smartest kids in the grade, so I suggest we form a group." He says to me before continuing to write a note that I have yet again memories so I won't have to worry about studying for midterms. Wait, doe that means they all sat next to me because I'm smart? Did I accuse Chasity of something she didn't do? "Wait a minute, did you say Chasity? She's new here how is she one of the smartest? I'm sure Alex Braxton is  the fourth." I say hoping I heard wrong.

"No, Chasity was so smart she skipped two years. She's only fifteen!" He said in amazement. How is it he's talking about her so gleefully now but ignored her all of the art class. Guess, he's one of those guys. At least  I didn't accuse her of sitting next to me because of Rell.. or did I? This means they sat with me because I'm smart and them coming late unusually and, not having nowhere to sit was a coincidence. I can't believe this. I can't.
