You can listen to the song if you like guys ;>

The music was so loud that it made Jin's lungs go mush. The bass thumped with his heartbeat as if they were riding one melodic rhythm. Beside him, he couldn't make out Sandeul nor Ken's words, but hesteric laughters from the two were audible enough for him.

Without any permission from the two, he went out to get some fresh air. The party became wilder than expected. People were making out, some threw up on the carpet and some were even knocked out.

Jin never felt welcomed in this parties. He enjoined some ofcourse—he liked drinking after all. But he wouldn't call it as something that he enjoyed if someone  out of his comfort zone would join the fun. And that was the case today.

He abruptly scratched his hair out of frustration, "why did I even agree to this" he whispered to himself as he crouched outside of the house. "Damn I really wanna go home right now" he took out his phone deciding that he'll send Sandeul a message that he'll leave the party

Deul something came up. I'm leaving right now. You two go have some fun.

And send.

Jin stood up, ready to walk out of the fancy gate when he suddenly heard a familiar voice. He turned slightly to know who it was.

"Shit"

At the sight of the person, Jin's heart skipped a beat. Was it because of love? Or was it because of nervousness? Jin chose the latter. I mean, how could he still be feeling love towards her? Jin thought to himself.

Out of reflex, he hid behind the bushes in front of him. He crouched down, and peeked through the leaves.

"What the hell is she doing here?" he bit his lower lip furrowing his brows, "I thought she didn't like loud parties?" He sighed as she saw another silhouette of a girl came into view. "Is that  Heeyeon?"

"Yah, the party's going to be over soon. I told you to wake up early"

"Mianhae, Byul." she sheepishly laughed as she glanced at the party. "Heol, this is wild. Yeoksi. This is Baro's party alright!" she paused as she grabbed Byul by the elbow to guide her towards the party making Heeyeon receive some inaudible hisses from the smaller girl.

Jin's gaze followed the two forms as they walk in the house. Jin, still in disbelief woke up from his thoughts.

"Wait, why am I even hiding from Byul? I mean, we ended things with good terms" he laughed bitterly as he stood up from his spot.

Has it been five months, six months? He courted Byul for a while. Truthfully, he was sure that Byul wouldn't accept his feelings. After all, she wasn't into relationship at that time. But he was desperate.

out of the blue, Byul finally accepted his feeling but before that, she informed that she still wasn't interested in him. But she decided to atleast try. Even though Jin was a bit hurt, he accepted Byul's side.

Jin tried being the best boyfriend for Byul. Of course, Byul noticed his actions so she acted along. But, as they say, being in a relationship,, you have to atleast love each other romantically for who they are—and that wasn't just the case for the two.

So, they broke up.

But, they ended things on good terms. Promising each other that they'll atleast stay as friends. So Jin was atleast happy for that.

Weeks later after they broken up, Byul and Heeyeon decided to move out of the city deciding to try new things—they were still young after all.

and the rest was history.

Jin shrugged his train of thought as he walked in the house.

"What am I even doing here?" He whispered to himself looking for his ex-lover. He combed his hair using his hand as he scanned the whole house. Growing impatient as time goes by.

After a minute of scanning, he finally saw Byul, sitting and talking beside a guy. What was him name again? Minhyuk? He really couldn't recall him well.

Jin quietly sat beside Sandeul and Ken who were still busy with their on world. He quietly peeked at Byul who was holding a cup of beer in her hand.

Has it really been that long? It was. Then why? Why was he still feeling this emotions? He laughed bitterly, "cut the act Kim Seokjin" he whispered.

"It's not like you stopped liking her dumbass." Jin took the bottle of beer from Sandeual's hand earning a surprise protest from him.

In one go, he drunk the cold beer without much thought. He looked calm even though his throat practically yelled pain.

"Dumbass, what's wrong with you? That's mine—what are you even still doing here?" Sandeul almost yelled.

"Shut up Deul" jin bitterly retorted. Eyes locked at the two forms in front of him who were busy laughing their minds out. Sandeul, still in shocked followed his friends gaze.

Upon knowing the source of his friend's sudden uproar, he smiled bitterly and decided to let it go and continue doing what he was doing earlier.

He drank more and more and more. He felt like he was throwing up. Was it because of the alcohol? Or her smilling brightly with a guy?

Maybe I'm just good at faking smiles. Hell even I believed myself.

Jin took one more can of beer gulping, it on one go.

What am I even missing? I think about her all the time. Does she even think of me?

He stood up unconsciously. He could practically smell the harsh scent of the alcohol. He knows it, and probably also all the people he passed by. Everyone could see Jin struggling to keep it. He's legs were not following his commands it's as if somebody else was controlling them. Maybe it was his jealousy.

He could feel himself throw up but he tried his best to stop it. He walked forward even though everything seemed like an endless road.

I never even know you liked to party like this. Since when?

He stopped walking. He looked down at the two people with dead eyes.

"Yah, Seokjin. You alright?" Minhyuk abruptly asked.

"Jin?" Byul spoke up, still in shock.

"Byul, you know this guy?"

"-ah, it's a long story"

Jin stayed quiet still not feeling like himself.

"Longstory?" Minhyuk uttered looking at Jin from head to toe.

"Uhuh he-

"Byul" MinHyuk and Byul looked the source of the voice with a hint of uncertainty.

But Jin couldn't take it anymore. He was fighting himself to stay awake but he couldn't even stand still.

He wasn't so sure what happened but everything went black.
