Devils Line After

Line 24 Yuuki Continue...

It's been half a year since I found out about my kids. We are a big happy family now but it feels weird and wrong to enter their lives now. I've been gone most of their lives and they happily accepted me back in their family, I'm too fortunate. Tsukasa even asked if I wanted to move in so I could be closer to the kids. I declined because when it's time I wanted to propose to Tsukasa and move into a bigger house with her.

That's when Mom called me "Hello." I said, "Yuuki it's urgent." she hung up.

Did a vampire go loose or something. I started thinking way too into things. "Hey Yuuk- I mean Dad." said Yatsu then he looked at my expression. "What's wrong Dad?"

"Oh nothing I just have to check on your grandma to see if she is ok."

"Did something happen?" "I don't know but I'm going to find out."

Then Tsuki walks in "You should go and hurry I saw everything play out." she said approaching me. "Ok then I'll be home by dinner time tell your Mom." I said running out and jumping on to the light posts.

I was on the train for an hour about to get off to my Mom's new laboratory. By the time I got there everything looked normal to me. "Yuuki thank you for being here. Here." She gave me a small bag and started pushing me out the door. "It was nice seeing you Yuuki but I'm busy." she pushed me all the way outside and walked back inside.

I looked in the bag and it was a wedding ring. "Both Tsuki and Mom played me ." I let out a little chuckle. So both my daughter and mother think it's time.

I took my time getting back to their house. It gave me time to think and I came up with the best idea.

"Hey Dad come here." Tsuki said so I walked over. She stood on her toes and touched my face. "That's a great idea," she said with a smile. "I'm going to tell Yatsu." she said walking to her room.

I walked into the kitchen and Tsukasa was cleaning the kitchen. "Hey." I said "Hey, whats up you're late today."

"My Mom wanted to talk to me but I wanted to ask if you wanted to go to the festival tomorrow with the kids." "Oh sure but let's make it a surprise."

The next noon I got to their house and checked if they were ready. I opened the door, Tsuki and Tsukasa were waiting for Yatsu to be ready. Then Yatsu comes running out with a big backpack "I'm ready." "Brother I don't think we are staying the night." Tsuki said

"Haha I know we aren't." he said sarcastically.

"Let's get going then." I said

After two hours we finally made it to the Festival. The sun was already going down, Tsuki was running around dragging Yatsu with her.

They were just eating sweets and playing games.

When it was time for the fireworks we went up a grassy hillside. During the fireworks Tsuki asked if they can go back to the festival "Sure, just don't talk to strangers." I said she just winks and walks away pulling Yatsu.

"Tsukasa." she looked at me.

"Tsukasa, we've crossed many lines together and we've always met each other in the middle, well what I'm saying is..." I got down on one knee "Tsukasa Taira will you marry me."

I looked at her face and she was crying.

"Yes, I will marry you."
