Edward was making his way into the house, in one hand a duffel bag was thrown over his shoulder and car keys were in the other. He had just come back from staying a week with the Denali coven, after almost losing control over the new girl Isabella Swan's blood. The bronze haired vampire was conflicted. Alice had seen a possible future with him and the human girl but he wasn't sure what to make of the situation. The future could always change.
He felt a pull towards her but was it because her blood sings to him or is there attraction lingering there?
He was broken from his thoughts when he heard the quiet chatter of his adopted family members, they were expecting his arrival. As soon as he turns the corner, Alice is rushing towards him, a beaming smile on her face. "Alice-!"
Before the vampire could question his sister, he was hit with her thoughts.
A vision.
Edward is hovering over a smaller male and their both smiling. Pale marble skin caressing each other as they share loving smiles. Edward is enraptured by his mate's ethereal beauty, he has never seen someone so beautiful and pure. The vampirism only enhanced everything, because even as a human he was beautiful.
"What?" the smaller male giggled and Edward brushed the blonde pieces of hair that fell into his mate's face. His blonde hair fanning out on the pillow like a halo. "Nothing, you're just always so beautiful. I'm in awe every time." The bronze hair vampire says and the smaller male giggles, his laugh sounding like soft bell chimes. "I love you."
"I love you more"
The vision ends and before Edward can say anything, he's thrown into another.
The smaller male is dressed in all white, and his back is facing Edward Cullen. His blonde hair is blowing softly through the wind as he glides through the flower meadow, the couple are in. Small pale fingers brushing flower petals.
"Angel"
The smaller male disappeared from the taller vampire's line a sight before a pair of arms were snaking around his neck and down his chest. Jimin leaned down to Edward's line of vision, his red irises meeting Edward's gold ones.
"He-"
"He's your mate, and he's already here. He's amazing, Edward." Alice beamed, her eyes were gleaming and her smile was all teeth. Edward's head swimming, so many thoughts and questions.
"I thought Bella was his mate?" Emmett spoke up. "I thought so but then Edward's mate had shown up at just the right time. I don't see Edward having a future with her anymore. Bella is only his blood singer." Alice said happily, turning to her adopted brother. He was in a daze, his brain going over his mate's features. The whole family was silent til Edward finally spoke.
"He's human?"
"Well isn't that just perfect! Another human-" Rosalie started to huff but quickly shut her mouth when her adopted mother sent her a look of disapproval. Esme could see the distressed look on her son's face, her need to comfort him was strong. "Edward.. whatever you decide we will stand with you as a family." Carlisle said softly, Esme humming agreement.
"I want to meet him"
