Her phone lit up when the notification rang. As she grabbed her phone she didn't expect that the text came from him, the least expected person.

"Hmm..?"

After what she read she put her phone somewhere and continued what her doing.

She continued to practice hard afterall she's an idol. She danced when the music started.

Every movements were on beat, sweat dripping, and her glance. Her glance became more deadly as when she thought of him, of what he texted.

"I didn't know that he would gave in.. maybe he realized and he's sorry"

"Weird though, knowing that he has a huge ego, he doesn't initiate first to say sorry in these kind of argues... He'll apologize right?"

While thinking of him, she didn't know that she was being called by her mentor.

"Jennie you dont need to go hard on the choreo or else you'll be inj--"

A loud thud escape across the room, Jennie's foot landed on the wrong place, she stumbled and fell on the ground. Her mentor ran to her quickly to check if she's fine.

"Aaaargh" Jennie groaned

"Oh no Jennie are you ok?" Can you still walk?" Her mentor asked worried.

"Im ok unnie please stop worrying plus I can still manage to walk" She told her mentor smiling.

she tried to stand up but she was unable to, she fell again.

"Ouuch aaargh, damn it." Jennie said awfully.

"That's it, let's go to the clinic" Her mentor already pissed.

After awhile

Jennie is in the company's clinic, laying down and trying to recover. The room is filled with silence when her mentor asked..

"Jennie, are you ok?" Her mentor asked.

"Yes, unnie the doctor already put an ointment at my ankle I --"

"No, I mean I already know that duuuh, but who are you thinking? Is it him?"

Jennie remained silence, she doesn't want to talk about it, about him. Just hearing his name piss her off.

"It's Kai isn't it?"

"Is there a problem with you guys? Im gonna kill him I swe-"

Just before the mentor's finished the door suddenly opened as if someone barged in.

"UNNIEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!"

The two maknae squealed when they saw Jennie lying and injured. It's Lisa and Rosè.

"Omoooo unnie what happeeeened?" Lisa asked nearly crying.

"Unnie are you alright? This is bad, do you still have your foot unnie? Unniieeeeee." Rose asked overreacting.

"Omg you guys, im perfectly fine and fyi Rose I still have my foot."

They all laughed at how they reacted to Jennie's injury. Lisa and Rose was worried at first as they thought that Jennie couldn't participate in their next comeback.

It's already 3:00 in the afternoon.

Three of them were still chatting and talking about how jennie got injured. Their mentor was already leaving.

"Ok, I'll leave you guys, take care and have some rest first Jennie. I'll just inform you for our next practice. Bye guys" Their mentor said.

"Bye Mentor unnieeee" They all replied.

"Yah! I need to go home, I still need to meet Kai"
Jennie said after she heard the door closed.

"Waah unnie why are you replacing us with that douche?!" Rose said pouting.

"He doesn't even care about you! Wow I might punch him if I saw him" Lisa said angrily while punching the air.

"You know what? forget what I said ima head out and go home" Jennie said while fixing her bag

"Awww unnie don't be like that we're just joking." The maknaes said.

"Im not angry. Goodbye." Jennie said annoyed about how they reacted to Kai.

As Jennie left, the two maknae we're trying to figure out what happened. They were confused or perhaps they're just slow?

"What just happened?" Lisa asked in confusion.

"It's all your fault. Im outta this"
Rose said trying to leave quickly.

"Yah!!" Lisa screamed.

Jennie already got home. She washed up for a bit since she just got back from her dance practice.

"Im running late already aish"

She wore her casual clothes and left her apartment. She entered her car and told her driver that she'll be heading to Kai's cafe.

It's already 6:30 when she arrived.

As expected no customer can be seen because seeing them together by the public will cause a chaotic situation. But she was disappointed, she thought there will be a suprise for her.... maybe later?

She sat down across Kai, she didn't know what to do. The room was filled with silenced.

"I'm sorry Jennie that it took days to make me apologize. I'm sorry for what happened..." Kai said.

"I forgive you but I don't get it.. Why here? You can just go by my apartment? Anyways let's just go back from what we are before its---"

"Jennie I have something to say to you.." Kai said cutting Jennie's sentence.

"What is it?" Jennie quickly asked, she was nervous when she heard what he said..

"Im sorry but im not the one for you nor your ideal man. Let's forget what we had."
