I look behind the bars from the stairs to try to figure out what is going on at the moment. "Are you okay sweetie?" I can hear my mom say concerned "yes and I'm really sorry Mrs. (m/l/n) for the intruding" brothers voice chimes into the conversation "yeah..." the male voice says "oh dear... what do you mean again?" mom asks "its happened before but this time I got lucky at least I won't have to sleep on the porch" the males voice says "well now you won't have to sleep outside ever again, if this happens again you can just come here and sleep here I'm sure Matt won't mind?" "Lets get your stuff upstairs" I hear Matt's excited voice echoes through the hallway I quickly hide in my room. I've never had the best relationship with my brother ever since I was little he used to bully me he was also 5 years older than me and the boy looked to be his age.

"No Matt come here you're going to help me set the table! Ethan's been here before he knows where your room is he can go set his stuff by himself!" mom shouts.

Ethan so that's his name I hear my brothers angry footsteps go down the stairs and a sudden rush of confidence hits me and I decide to go and greet Ethan now that my brother isn't coming with him it's the least I can do. I hear his footsteps approaching my room since mats room is opposite of mine. I open the door and step forward I give him my biggest and most beautiful smile i and wave shyly. For a moment Ethan looks a bit taken aback by my sudden appearance, but he in no time gives me a big smile and that's when I get lost in his beautiful green eyes, is this love? I've only felt this way towards one person before a boy in my class but last year he moved to another place. "So you're Matt sister what's your name?" he says I nod "Y/n" I say almost in a whisper "that's a gorgeous name for a gorgeous girl like you" I giggled "does this mean that were going to get married?" for s moment Ethan blushed a bit "what?" he asked confused "you complimented me isn't that the same thing as asking me to marry you?' I asked his green eyes sparkled a bit "we'll see" he said "yay! I'll make sure mom gives the biggest slice of pie to you" during after dinner, Bye! I'm going to help mom out!" Ethan chuckles "ok twinkle he says".

And since that day Ethan had started coming to our house and stayed over he helped Matt take are of me when mom had dad had to go somewhere. For some reason he also started calling me twinkle I didn't mind the nickname except when my brother used it to mock me.

5 years later I was now an 11-year-old. My parents had left to go on a romantic date with each other and Matt and Ethan stayed over at home. They had planned to watch a movie together and because I wasn't old enough to watch it I decided to stay at my room. I decided to call my friend "are you still going to do that?" she asked "what send him an anonymous email certainly I mean that's the best way to talk to him and find out what he thinks about me" but what if he founds out?" "He won't and even if he does that will be too bad for me just means I can't be an actress when I grow up" "I mean who even uses email what if he doesn't respond to you" she's starting to get on my nerves, so I just hang up on her. I start getting my plan into action.

and I hit send

I keep refreshing the email non-stop until I receive something what the hell no!! Its just and I add I decide to refresh it one more time and I feel my phone vibrate I look at him and what he's written back I start fangirling quietly I recompose myself and open the email.

I'm pretty sure no person with that name goes to my school lol but anyways tell me about you? Maybe I can try to guess who you are?

I squealed into my pillow what if he knew right away who I was? Or worse he doesn't want to talk to me because he thinks I'm boring? I start having some doubts but I shake my head no I have to find out and if it happens, so I start typing.

Maybe you'll guess it right but who says ill tell you the truth now? Anyway what do you want to know about me?

As I hit the send button I start waiting anxiously, seconds seem like minutes and minutes seem like hours I'm sure that barely 5 minutes have passed but I can't help myself and feel anxious so to try to relieve it I decide to go and get a cup of water. I get up and go to the tap as I turn around to take a sip I drop the cup to the ground "twinkle~" I hear lose to my ear I flinch from surprise "Ethan you scared me" I say as I look at him. He's only gotten more handsome since the say I met him i ant help but blush.

"What are you doing in your room??" Ethan's question catches me off guard "my room?" I say desperately trying to find an excuse "o-oh" I was just talking to a friend of mine how's the movie?" I try desperate to change the subject "kind of boring to be honest" he answers "well that's a shame I say, well I got to get going" I say as I start heading to my room "bye twinkle" he says and give me a quick wink. While going upstairs I feel like I'm floating in the air" I plop down on my bed and refresh mail email and there it is his answer.
