New Life Saga Pt. 1

"'Welcome to Ichiseikatsu, the city of true happiness and life. When you come here, you can expect to have the time of your life'. Sounds like a bit of a stretch."

"It ain't no stretch, Ichiseikatsu is one of the best places to live."

"Interesting, I may take a vacation here then, mouse."

"I have a name you know, bird."

The mouse's name is Pikachu, he is well known around the area and popular among many. The bird he was on was a Pidgeot, it was traveling at a fast speed, they are well known for that. The Pidgeot flew over a big city, he looked over to the Pikachu on his back.

"Well, we're here. Where do you want me to land?" The Pidgeot asked.

"Don't worry about it," The Pikachu replied. He opened his satchel and took out some money, he put the money in a bank box the Pidgeot was holding on its side. Once he did, he stood up on Pidgeot's back and looked down.

"Hey, Pikachu!"

Pikachu turned his head, to his left was a grey butterfly with a yellow, red, and blue pattern on its wing, big blue eyes, and a long nose flying next to them.

"Beautifly!" Pikachu happily called out. Beautifly flew over and gave him a big hug.

Beautifly is one of Pikachu's first-ever friends. She was like his partner in crime, always ready to help him whenever he needed it. Beautifly had an unusual gift, she was strong. Like, really strong. She's able to lift a boulder thirty times her size with ease. Her strength even scared some of the bigger Pokemon around, but deep inside, she's still the cute butterfly that most know.

"You're back! It's been so long! I missed you so much," Beautifly cried out.

"I missed you too, Beautifly," Pikachu said. "Hey, I need to go to the flower shop you work at. Care to lead me there?"

"I'd be happy to," Beautifly got behind Pikachu and got a good grip on him. "Ready?"

"Ready. Let's go!" Pikachu jumped off of Pidgeot's back. The two began free-falling down towards the city. They got closer to the buildings. Beautifly began flapping her wings quickly and leveled both of them so they weren't divebombing in the sky.

"I'll never get over how strong you are," Pikachu told her.

"You'll be surprised how much I can lift now," Beautifly said. "Now hang on, it's gonna be a rough landing."

Beautifly guided them towards a small shop. She let go of Pikachu, who did a few flips and landed on his feet in front of the shops. Beautifly let herself fall and Pikachu caught her before she hit the ground. They went into the shop and were greeted by a Bellossom.

"Oh Pikachu, nice to see you back again," Bellossom said cheerfully.

"Nice to see you too ma'am. I have your flower queen here," Pikachu said to her. Beautifly flew out of his arms and next to Bellossom.

"Yeah, a flower queen who's nearly late," Bellossom said, giving Beautifly a stern glare.

"Sorry, ma'am. But I wanted to see Pikachu again after so long," Beautifly explained.

Bellossom smiled, "Don't worry about it, just don't be late next time," Bellossom looked back at Pikachu. "It has been a while since I've seen you. Five months hasn't it?"

"Yeah. Going around the world on your own isn't easy," Pikachu chuckled. "Oh yeah, I need three roses."

Bellossom quickly grabbed and wrapped the roses and gave them to Pikachu. "Seeing someone special today?" Bellossom asked.
