Chapter 10: Vaal Hazak, Queen of the Dead

Third Person POV 

Ozpin stood in his office as he saw Vaal Hazak roaring loudly as its mist slowly covered the area. 

Ozpin: Oh my god. 
He said in fear as he rushed to the elevator. 

Ozpin: How can this happened? 
He said to himself. 

Ozpin: We've restricted its movements. It couldn't just break its way out. 
He said to himself before pulling out of his scroll to overlook the footage. 

There on the footage, he saw its Effluvial slowly build up. 

Ozpin: We've never gave its food but grimm. 
He said to himself. 

BOOM 

Suddenly the area shook heavily as he slammed against the walls of the elevator. 

Ozpin: How the hell. Grimm shouldn't allow it to do it. We've studied him and learned that it can not produce it. 
He said to himself before hearing the ding and running out to see it. 

Vaal Hazak stood in the courtyard of the school as it slowly looked around. Its slit eyes looking around as its effluvial slowly floated around its body. 

Ozpin: Mrs Rose! 
He yells as he sees Summer slowly walking towards it. 

Ruby: Mom! Don't go! It's too dangerous! 
She yells as she pulls on her arm. 

Ruby gasp as she sees Summer's silver eyes turned red as she looked at her.

Ruby: M-M-Mom?
She asked in fear. 

Before Ruby could get an answer, Summer pushed her down and walked towards Vaal Hazak as it looked towards her. 

Ruby: MOM! 
She yells as she tries to run towards her but was stopped by Yang. 

Yang: It's too dangerous! 
She yells as she holds her back. 

Ruby: MOM! 
She yelled as tears ran down her cheeks. 

Summer ignored her as she continued walking towards the elder dragon before seeing another slowly appearing in front of her. Standing in between of her and Vaal Hazak. 

???: You took your sweet time. 

Summer: I should be saying that to you. Chamelos. 

Summer: Hmm. 
She said as she sensed someone. 

CLANG 

Raven swung her sword towards Summer and her blade was caught with Summer's chains. 

Summer: Hmm. 
She said as she looked at Raven. 

Raven: You're a terrible mother.
She growls to her. 

Summer: You've left Yang with Tai. 
She growls. 

Raven: And you're doing the same with Ruby! 
She yells to her. 

Summer: I didn't raise them to be whores. 
She said as she glared at Raven. 

Raven: W-What? 
She said, confused. 

Summer: Tell that to your daughter when you find out she betrayed lover's heart. 
She said before wrapping her chain around Raven's throat. 

Yang: MOM! 
She yelled as she ran towards Summer, her gauntlet ready. 

Raven gasps as she tries to get the chain wrapped around her throat. 

Yang: LET HER GO! 
She yells as she threw a punch towards Summer.
