ELIA POV

I heard a knock on my window.

I know someone isn't knocking on my window early this morning ugh. I got out of my bed and saw Devon looking at his phone. He had a fresh haircut. He even had on a gray shirt with black sweatpants and of course black air forces.

"Devon what the fu*k are you doing by my house?" I said getting tight as fu*k.

"I see that you aren't a morning person. First of all I came here because I need a favor. My mama is having a barbecue and she wants me to bring someone who's not a-" Devon said until I cut him off.

"Who isn't sucking your di*k.. yeah yeah I get it. I'm coming only because I miss Michelle and Tae, Alexis. Plus free food duhh" I said smiling. "Be ready aight" he said, going into his car.

I came out the shower feeling good. I went into my closet and I took out a black tube dress. I grab my pretty diamond slides. I did my hair. After that I walked downstairs. I didn't see anyone up yet. I mean my grandma and sisters.

My mom and dad went somewhere for their anniversary. I left the house then went on my phone to text Stella letting her know where I'm at. "Dam- I mean umm you look beautiful Elia" Devon said nervously. "I mean it's simple but thank you Devon" I said while he opened up the door for me.

He started driving the car. "You know I'm scared about meeting your mom. Is she nice??" I asked him. "Yeah she's really nice, she doesn't like me right now because she thinks I'm a hœ when I'm not," he said.

I started laughing about the "hœ"part. "It's not funny I don't even fu*k women at all like that. I just get head by them you know" he said chuckling.

"no I don't know! That doesn't make it any differ Devon" I said rolling my eyes feeling a slight jealous.

"Why are you always rolling your eyes? I got something for that a**" he said, rubbing my thighs. "In your dreams" I pushed his hands off of my thigh.

"Okay ma imma keep letting you slide until one day imma fu*k you up" he said, gripping the wheel and making a 'U' turn. I just stayed quiet because I wasn't ready for that conversation after I heard so much about his di*k. I think I'm good for now or maybe not.

" Devon why you keep getting bigger every goddamn day" Devon mom screamed at him while we walked into a pretty large house. "Mom, don't do me, '' Devon said, getting annoyed.

"and who's this fine young lady" Devon mom said staring at me. "I'm Elia. Devon bestfriend" I said smiling. "Best Friend??? you are pretty as hell. I already like your style too" she said hugging me. "mom don't kill her-" Devon said pulling me away from his mom.

"Boy bye I like this one you better marry her because I'm not going to no hœ a** wedding" she said glaring at him. He smacked his teeth. I laughed at his attitude and he glared at me. "what?? Devy she's right" I said smirking. "don't be calling me that fruity a** name Elia" he said.

"imma call you whatever I want" I said walking away from him.

I started to see all his family members coming into the backyard. Little kids were running around. And I guess his shady side pieces. "BIT*H IS THAT DEVON GIRLFRIEND!! GIRL WHERE YOU GET THAT DRESS FROM YOUR A** THICK AS HELL '' Tae screamed excitedly. "Yesss and no I'm not" I said laughing and hugging him.

"Hey bestfriend give me your number
because we needa hang out more" Alexis said.

I gave 3 of them my number. We sat down and ate food. Some boy came and sat next to me interrupting our conversation. "Hey lil mama you're single??" He asked. "and who are you??" I said. "Devon cousin," he said, licking his lips. "I'm unavailable," I said.

"what that mean?" He said. "That means she seeing somebody take a hint lil ni**a and move before Devon beat yo a** up" Michelle said glaring at him.

"Aight aight! I'm leaving" he got up and left. "Ouuu bit*h Devon must be talking about you with his uncles look how they keep staring back at you" Tae said.

"I'm sure he's not," I said, shrugging them off. "girl yes he is and look now they are coming over now" Tae said getting ready for the conversation. "So you must be the great girl my son has been talking about?" the guy asked me. He must be Devon dad or something. "I'm not exactly great..," I said nervously, standing up and giving him a hand shake.

"you got a bad one Devon you better keep her" he said quietly to Devon but I still can hear him. "I fasho will" he said which I'm surprised because he clearly dubbed my a**.

"Devon I needa use the bathroom" I said.

"Okay come with me," he said, grabbing my hand. I walk with him upstairs and he pointed to the bathroom. "umm I lied I don't want to use it. I wanted to see your old room" I asked him. "why?? ain't nothing to see" he said lying. I push past him and walked down the hall and I opened up the door "awwwww Devy you liked coloring" I said smiling.

"i-it was wack lets go" he said scratching his neck. "its okay I think its cute as fu*k.. I hope my future son does things like this" I said looking at his cute drawing. "You want to have kids?" He asked curiously.

"yeah I really love babies how about you?" I said picking up his baby photo. "I want to have kids. I mean my mom always asks me when I'm settling down" he said.

"So when are you really going to settle down with someone you really like?" I asked. "I don't know yet, but I have someone in mind'' he said, locking the door.

"awww that's cute when I'm going to meet her?? Just to see if she's a bad person you know I can't have my bestie looking bad" I said not trying to sound hurt that he found someone.

"You know...you don't even have to meet her because she's right here in front of me" he said, coming towards me. My heart dropped.

"Move stop playing" I frowned at him.

"Im not playing I like you and want you to be my girlfriend"

"You do? Why the change of heart?" I folded my arms.

"Because I realize I couldn't lie anymore....to myself " Devon traced his hands over my body.

"Me either" I kissed his lips making him lift me up on to his lap.

"Take me to your house" I moaned into his ear.
