The next morning I awoke from my sleep at 06:30 and was getting ready and walking out the door.
I made it to the hallway to see a bunch of operators passing by and started walking down to the training facility. I turned to the right to were the shooting range was.
I entered the area to find a couple of people in there with me shooting away. I took out my M97 and started to load the weapon.
Time skip
After I packed up my gun it was time for the next thing on my schedule, hand to hand combat.
"Hey new guy why don't you take the first go at it," the man said.
I didn't say a word and I steped foot in the ring and got into my orthadox boxing stance.
Once we started he charged at me with a huge right haymaker. I successfully dodged the fist and gave him to body shots to the gut. I didn't want this fight to be over just yet, so I pushed him away and got back to the orthadox fighting stance.
"Your skilled I give you that mate," he said recovering and getting his stance ready.
I lunged at him with a huge swing to the right telegraphing myvmove on purpose. He dodged with great speed and went for a knee to my stomach. It connected and the wind out of me.
"Nice," I say regaining my composer and quickly recovered.
He then through a haymaker with his right but I successfull dodged it and I followed up with jab and a haymaker of my own knocking him on his ass.
"Good match," told him holding out my hand and pulling him up.
"Indeed," "I'm Black Beard but people call me Craig,"
"Y/n...my names Y/n," I responded.
After winning the match I headed over to my next assignment, a simulation.
"This should be interesting,"
"Oh it will," a fiminim voice that had a hint of a spanish accent spoke from out behind me.
I turned around to see a beautiful woman wearing all black with a right helmet on.
"You must be the new guy," The woman said.
"Yeah I am," "My names Y/n,"
"Oh nice to meet you I'm mira but mist call m Elena," she said walking up beside me.
"Oh so you're my new lab partner," I said recognizing the name.
"Indeed I am," she said as we arived to the debriefing of the training scenario.
I put on my helmet and started to listen to the person in charge.
